We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer who will be responsible for managing our corporate IT and cloud environments as part of the global IT Infrastructure team. You will be suggesting, implementing, and deploying new solutions, as well as maintaining the existing infrastructure, assuring that all our systems are in optimal condition and providing the best service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, configure, upgrade, and fully support global IT infrastructure, covering both traditional on-premise (servers, storage, networking hardware, firewalls) and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, SaaS platforms).
• Manage and support SaaS/cloud security solutions, endpoint security, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateways, Cloud-based EDR, and related technologies.
• Define and implement network architecture, policies, and procedures for global operations, ensuring robust performance, monitoring, availability, and continuous improvement across hybrid environments.
• Proactively identify business-driven IT requirements and design innovative, practical solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with security teams to deploy and maintain secure infrastructure solutions, safeguarding systems and data against emerging cybersecurity threats.

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues affecting IT systems, providing timely solutions.
• Actively challenge existing IT approaches and drive innovation, proactively recommending and implementing new, cutting-edge solutions to optimize infrastructure performance, enhance user experience, and ensure continuous technological improvement.
• Mentor and assist IT support staff, promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, and operational excellence within the department.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role, with demonstrated expertise managing both on-premise and cloud/SaaS environments (4+ years).
• Strong foundation with traditional IT infrastructure components, such as servers, storage systems, Active Directory, DNS, networking (routers, switches, access points), and firewalls (preferably Cisco and Fortinet).
• Experience managing identity and access management solutions, including Single Sign-On (Okta) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands-on proficiency with networking concepts and protocols, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and DNS administration, including practical experience implementing and troubleshooting complex network environments.
• Practical experience in managing and maintaining Linux servers, with the ability to perform routine operations, troubleshooting, patching, and automation.
• Capability to independently lead infrastructure projects from proof of concept (PoC) through to full-scale implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, enabling effective coordination with global teams and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to provide prompt response and resolution during critical IT incidents.
• English proficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Support Engineer to act as the first line of customer support for the UN1Q mobile application and related web systems.
 

You will work with our Jira Service Management system, handling incoming tickets, investigating issues, reproducing bugs, and resolving problems where possible. When required, you will escalate clearly documented issues to the appropriate second-line teams.
 

This role requires a structured, analytical thinker who can understand technical technical and business processes relevant to our users, communicate clearly and politely, and maintain high standards of documentation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Act as first-line support for the UN1Q mobile application and related web systems.
• Manage and triage tickets within Jira, ensuring proper categorization, prioritization, and tracking.
• Investigate reported issues by reproducing bugs and testing across environments.
• Aggregate context from various sources into cohesive tickets.
• Resolve configuration issues, minor bugs, and user-facing problems when possible.
• Escalate complex technical issues to engineering or business teams with clear documentation and reproduction steps.
• Communicate efficiently with internal teams regarding issue status and resolution progress.
• Assist in maintaining knowledge base documentation and internal troubleshooting guides.
• Help identify recurring patterns and propose improvements to reduce support load.
   

Requirements
 

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, application support, QA, or junior engineering roles.
• Experience working with Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar ticketing systems (ex. Service Desk).
