Ваша основна місія:
Забезпечити ефективну роботу та розвиток Atlassian-екосистеми, створюючи та оптимізуючи автоматизації, які прискорюють розробку та впровадження цифрових продуктів. Ви будете ключовою ланкою між технічними командами та інструментами, що підтримують їхню роботу, сприяючи підвищенню продуктивності та якості процесів.

У фокусі роботи:
– створення та підтримка правил автоматизації в Jira (тригери, умови, розгалуження, smart values);
– налаштування та оптимізація робочих процесів, екранів та користувацьких полів у Jira;
– побудова та підтримка інтеграцій між Jira та іншими інструментами (Slack, GitLab, Google Workspace);
– розробка та оновлення документації, інструкцій та шаблонів у Confluence;
– створення JQL-фільтрів та інформативних дашбордів для команд;
– підтримка та оптимізація прав доступу, безпеки та сповіщень у Jira.

Від вас очікуємо:
– вища освіта;
– мінімум 2 роки досвіду роботи з Jira та Confluence як адміністратор;
– глибоке розуміння Jira Service Management (портали, SLA, черги);
– досвід роботи з Automation for Jira (smart values, розгалуження, пошук);
– впевнене володіння JQL для створення складних фільтрів та звітів;
– базові знання JSON та REST API;
– відмінні комунікативні навички та вміння працювати в команді;
– уважність до деталей та здатність документувати процеси;
– англійська мова на рівні B1 (читання технічної документації).

Буде плюсом:
– досвід роботи зі ScriptRunner або навички скриптування (Groovy/JS/Python);
– знання Atlassian Intelligence та роботи з AI-інструментами;
– досвід інтеграцій зі Slack, GitLab, Google Workspace;
– досвід з webhook подіями та JSON payload.

Що робити у проєкті?

Як Assembler / No-code AI Developer, ви будете:

• Збирати ігри за допомогою нашого внутрішнього No-code AI інструменту
• Інтегрувати Spine-анімації та 2D-графіку у проєкт (з навчанням)
• Налаштовувати базові параметри елементів та працювати з внутрішнім інструментом збірки ігор
• Співпрацювати з гейм-дизайнерами, художниками та фронтенд-розробниками

• Поступово поглиблювати свої знання у пайплайнах збірки ігор
