The Role 

We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Intern to help keep our marketing and sales systems running smoothly as we grow. You’ll work alongside our marketing consultant and sales team to manage HubSpot (our CRM and marketing platform), support campaigns, and help us make sense of our data. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how marketing and sales work together at a science-led startup — and you’ll own real deliverables from day one. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Maintain and update contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot to keep our data accurate and complete 
• Help build, test, and monitor email campaigns and automated workflows (welcome sequences, tradeshow follow-ups, nurture campaigns) 
• Support form management — making sure leads get captured correctly and routed to the right people 
• Assist with data cleanup: deduplication, list segmentation, and migrating legacy records 
• Pull reports on lead generation, email performance, and pipeline activity to help the team understand what’s working 
• Help prepare materials and lead capture for tradeshows and events 
• Support the team in keeping HubSpot organized as we build out our marketing and sales infrastructure 
  
   

What We’re Looking For 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field 
• Detail-oriented and organized — you notice when something is off and want to fix it 
• Comfortable working with data: spreadsheets, basic formulas, and cleaning up messy information 
• Curious about marketing technology (HubSpot experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you) 
• Clear written communicator who can work independently in a remote environment

Key Responsibilities
AI & Technology Strategy

• Define, own, and continuously evolve Sprinterra's overall Technology and AI strategy at the company level
• Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to transition from traditional delivery models to AI Agents, LLM-driven workflows, and intelligent automation
• Establish and govern a long-term AI transformation roadmap fully aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and market positioning
• Advise and report to the Management Board on technology vision, investment priorities, progress, risks, and measurable outcomes
• Lead company-wide adoption of AI tools, frameworks, and engineering standards
• Drive organizational evolution toward AI-augmented delivery models and next-generation engineering practices
• Define and enforce standards, governance models, and best practices for responsible, secure, and scalable AI implementation
• Ensure all AI initiatives meet enterprise-grade expectations in quality, security, compliance, and ethical responsibility

Hands-on Engineering & Architecture

• Provide executive-level technical oversight and intervene hands-on in strategically critical or high-complexity projects when required
• Define architectural principles and review system and AI architectures across the organization
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with long-term technology strategy
• Act as the ultimate technical authority and escalation point for complex architectural or engineering challenges

Pre-Sales & Technical Sales

• Lead and shape technical pre-sales strategy in collaboration with Sales and Delivery leadership
• Define high-level system architectures and AI-driven solution approaches for strategic client proposals
• Serve as a trusted executive-level technical advisor in client meetings, workshops, and negotiations
• Translate complex business challenges into differentiated, AI-enabled technology solutions that strengthen Sprinterra's market position

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, system architecture, and technology leadership
• Proven track record of defining and executing company-level technology and AI strategies
• Strong practical experience with AI/ML, LLMs, AI Agents, and intelligent automation in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology transformations, not just individual projects
• Hands-on technical background with the ability to dive deep when strategically necessary
• Experience aligning technology initiatives with business strategy, growth objectives, and market positioning
• Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence board members, senior stakeholders, and clients

We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Launch Manager who will be responsible for researching, launching, and developing new Amazon marketplaces for the company's brands.

Mission

- Focus on sourcing and managing “Master Introducers”—individuals who run communities, newsletters, or affiliate networks—to drive traffic and capital to GammaPrime.

- Prioritize the dealmaker economy: scalable digital channels over traditional advisor networks, while still testing introducers’ advisor connections.

- Develop incentive and override structures that reward top-performing introducers.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and engage introducers with strong reach in online communities, newsletters, or affiliate ecosystems.
