Job Summary

As a Senior Product UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our Skin Gambling and Casino Platform and for creating features from scratch. You will leverage your exceptional UX and UI skills to create designs that are both user-friendly and aligned with our business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, the marketing team, the engineering team, the Head of Design, and the Chief Product Officer to ensure our product meets the highest quality and performance standards.
 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in product and UI/UX design, with full-cycle involvement in digital product development.
• Extensive experience (3+ years) in the iGaming/Gambling domain, with an understanding of its unique challenges and user expectations.
• Strong portfolio of iGaming/Gambling projects (minimum 1 large project or 2-3 small/medium ones), showcasing your product design skills with an emphasis on intuitive user flows, visual storytelling, and gambling features.
• Proven experience in the CS Skin Gambling domain is a strong must (at least one solid project).
• Experience in designing online casino mini-games (originals) from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Figma Plugins, including interactive components and smart animate prototyping, prototyping tools, and other industry-standard design software.
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable and consistent design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize UX Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key UX metrics (CSAT, CES, NPS, Time on Task, Error Rate, SUS) to measure design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

The Country Manager will become one of the main drivers behind launching and scaling affiliate traffic in Latin America and the MENA region, building a strong team and ensuring stable, profitable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Launch and scale affiliate operations in LatAm and MENA markets
• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate team focused on new geos
• Create a clear KPI system and performance tracking for the team
• Develop a six-month and yearly roadmap for market growth
• Manage and optimize the affiliate pipeline in CRM (partners, agreements, payments, history)
• Drive growth of key metrics such as FTD, deposit volume, and new partners
• Monitor traffic quality and reduce fraud risks
• Ensure compliance with partner agreements and deal conditions
• Optimize team costs and operational efficiency
• Establish structured processes so that every partner and every deal is fully tracked and managed

We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and scale a sales department in a fast-growing crypto processing business.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze current sales performance and identify growth opportunities

* Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and sales

* Build and optimize sales processes, tools, and approaches
