Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join a team developing next-generation perception systems for autonomous vehicles. In this role, you'll work on cutting-edge AI solutions that enable vehicles to understand and navigate complex real-world environments.
 

Responsibilities

• Design and improve perception algorithms for autonomous driving applications.
• Develop solutions for 3D object detection, semantic segmentation, object tracking, and drivable area estimation.
• Create and optimize automated data labeling pipelines to improve dataset quality while reducing manual annotation efforts.
• Implement reliable multi-object tracking algorithms operating in 3D environments.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize large-scale deep learning models using extensive datasets and high-performance computing infrastructure.
• Validate developed solutions through testing in real autonomous vehicle platforms.
   

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Strong practical experience with deep learning for at least one sensor type, such as cameras, LiDAR, or radar.
• Experience working with modern neural network architectures, including Transformer-based models.
• Solid programming skills in Python and C++.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment with a strong willingness to learn.
   

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, robotics, or computer vision.
• Familiarity with deployment and optimization frameworks such as TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, or LibTorch.
• Experience contributing to medium or large-scale software systems.
• Understanding of performance optimization for machine learning inference.

Key responsibilities:

• Idea Development: Generate original and engaging game ideas for mobile games of all complexity levels (from hybrid-casual to Casual and Midcore).
• Design: Create gameplay, levels, and mechanics that will inspire players.
• Documentation Creation: Develop detailed game documents, pitches, and presentations describing game and economic systems, game rules, monetization systems, and other important product elements.
• Balancing: Balance the game mechanics, progression systems, and economy.
• Team Interaction: Work collaboratively with developers, artists, and other team members to successfully integrate gameplay and ensure high product quality.
• Analysis and Optimization: Work with analytics systems, identify problems, and propose changes to provide a better gameplay experience.

Our ideal candidate:

• English Language: English level B1 or higher.
• Game Design Experience: Experience working as a Game Designer in mobile games.
• Creativity: Ability to find unconventional and interesting solutions that make our games unique.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the mobile games market and popular mechanics, as well as a desire to implement innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Spreadsheets: Good understanding of mathematics, knowledge of working with Google Spreadsheets, and creating balance sheets.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with other team members.
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of methods for analyzing game metrics data, organizing information, and creating reports.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Figma for effective collaboration and visual documentation.
• Knowledge of the Unity game engine.
• Experience conducting A/B testing to optimize game features and mechanics.
• Ability to work independently with analytical systems (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, GameAnalytics).
• Experience in game balancing for midcore games.
