🔍 Requirements

✅ 2–3+ years of experience as an SMM Lead / Senior SMM / Social Media Manager in e-commerce projects.
✅ Hands-on experience with physical products, preferably for the US market.
✅ Experience with Amazon brands, DTC brands, beauty, wellness, supplements, or consumer goods will be a strong advantage.
✅ Strong understanding of US social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
✅ Ability to analyze Western trends, viral formats, sounds, challenges, hooks, and content mechanics.
✅ Strong understanding of the American consumer, content style, tone, and social media behavior.
✅ English level B2 or higher — ability to write captions, evaluate English-language UGC, understand slang, and work with US-style content.
✅ Experience working closely with creative, production, or UGC teams.
✅ Ability to create clear briefs, guide creators, review content, and maintain brand consistency.
✅ Strong analytical mindset: ability to track metrics, test content hypotheses, and optimize content based on data.

⚙️ Responsibilities
📌 SMM strategy and positioning

❇️ Develop and implement the brand’s SMM strategy for key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
❇️ Define the brand’s visual direction, communication style, and Tone of Voice for the US market.
❇️ Build a content strategy that supports brand awareness, engagement, trust, and external traffic growth.
❇️ Analyze competitors, niche leaders, and successful US e-commerce brands.
❇️ Monitor current Western trends, viral formats, sounds, challenges, and platform updates.

🎬 Creative direction and UGC content

❇️ Work closely with the internal Production Department, including the creative manager and a team of creators.
❇️ Generate creative ideas and participate in regular brainstorming sessions.
❇️ Develop creative concepts, content angles, hooks, scenarios, and detailed briefs for content makers.
❇️ Review, select, and approve final UGC content before publication.
❇️ Ensure all content matches the brand’s visual standards, Tone of Voice, and marketing goals.
❇️ Adapt content ideas for different platforms and formats: short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, stories, and posts.

📈 Traffic, funnel, and analytics

❇️ Drive targeted external traffic from social media to Amazon listings.
❇️ Build content funnels that warm up the audience and move users from awareness to purchase intent.
❇️ Track and analyze key metrics: ER, Reach, CTR, video retention, profile visits, link clicks, and conversions to traffic.
❇️ Optimize the content plan based on data, performance insights, and audience behavior.
❇️ Understand how social media traffic can support Amazon growth; experience with Amazon Attribution will be a strong plus.
❇️ Test different content hypotheses and scale the formats that perform best.

💬 Community management and engagement

❇️ Build and grow a loyal brand community across social media platforms.
❇️ Develop activities to increase engagement: contests, giveaways, challenges, polls, and interactive formats.
❇️ Help identify and grow a core audience of brand supporters and potential ambassadors.

Role Focus
This is a full-cycle CSM role — you’ll own the client journey from onboarding through long-term success. You’ll work primarily with English-language accounts, guiding clients through integration, activating product potential, and ensuring they stay engaged and grow. You’ll also proactively identify at-risk clients outside active support, analyze patterns, and work with product and analytics to turn insights into action.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full client journey: from kickoff and integration to ongoing success and growth
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client business goals to Yespo capabilities
• Create and maintain integration roadmaps; coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth launches
• Proactively identify blockers and resolve them before they impact the client
• Conduct product demos and training sessions tailored to each client’s use case
• Monitor client performance metrics; identify risks early and act to eliminate them
• Analyze patterns among clients outside active support — identify root causes and propose solutions together with Product and Analytics
• Serve as the bridge between the client, integration team, and other internal departments
• Collect and structure client feedback; pass actionable insights to Product and Tech
Skills & Experience
• 2+ years in customer success or account management — ideally in a B2B SaaS or product company
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you can explain complex things simply
• Analytical mindset: able to find patterns, decompose problems, and build a plan
• Comfortable owning accounts end-to-end with minimal oversight
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher: this is your primary working language, as you’ll be managing English-language accounts
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce, CRM, or marketing automation concepts

Would Be a Plus:
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integrations: WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, Horoshop, etc.
• Understanding of omnichannel marketing: email, SMS, push, in-app
• Experience working with Notion, Elastic, or Looker Studio
• Hands-on experience with CDP or marketing automation platforms
