We are looking for an IT Systems & Support Administrator based in our UA Office, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager in Germany.
 

In this role, you will balance two key functions: providing hands-on local support for the UA office while acting as a core member of the central IT team — managing company-wide identity, endpoint security, ticketing workflows, and global asset inventory.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Central Systems, Operations & Endpoint Management (Global Scope)

• Identity & Access Management: Administer Okta (users, groups, MFA enforcement) and Google Workspace.
• Endpoint Management (MDM): Enroll, configure, secure, and patch endpoints across all regions using Workspace ONE.
• IT Service Desk & Documentation: Triage, track, and resolve end-user incidents and service requests using Jira. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, internal guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Global Asset Management: Maintain and track the entire company’s IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle across all sites.
• Security Compliance: Deploy software, manage system updates, and enforce IT security policies globally.

2. Local IT & Site Infrastructure (UA Office)

• Act as the primary on-site contact for UA employees for hardware, OS, and application troubleshooting.
• Execute physical onboarding/offboarding, hardware setup, and distribution at the UA site.
• Maintain local site infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and physical security systems) in close coordination with and supported by the HQ Infrastructure Team.
   

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in System Administration, Identity Management, or Multi-site IT Support.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (Jira Service Management / ticketing systems) and technical documentation.
• Administration of Google Workspace and Okta (SSO, MFA).
• Experience with Workspace ONE (or enterprise MDM tools) for software deployment and patch management.
• Core network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Firewalls).
• Work Style: Strong ownership mindset. Ability to work independently under remote management while collaborating seamlessly with HQ.
• Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken) is mandatory. Local language fluency required for UA site support.

We're looking for an Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Engineer to own the systems that send email at scale for a fast-growing ecommerce lifecycle marketing platform — covering behavioral tracking, personalization, and email/SMS automation.

In this role, you'll own the entire email sending infrastructure — from queues and scheduling through delivery, feedback processing, and reputation management across a multi-tenant environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with deep backend infrastructure experience and real email deliverability expertise who enjoys owning critical systems end-to-end, protecting sender reputation at scale, and working autonomously in a small, high-ownership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and operate high-throughput email sending services, queues, and workers
• Implement retries, backpressure, prioritization, rate limits, and adaptive throttling
• Manage shared and dedicated IP pools, domain reputation, warm-up, and traffic routing
• Build domain onboarding for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, return-path, and tracking domains
• Process bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, suppressions, and ISP feedback loops
• Monitor throughput, queue latency, deferrals, bounce rates, complaints, and reputation signals
• Create automated guardrails that throttle, pause, reroute, or block unsafe sending
• Diagnose production issues across SMTP, DNS, providers, queues, and mailbox providers
• Own your systems end to end, including observability and incident response

What we expect from you:

• Strong backend or infrastructure engineering experience
• Production experience building or operating high-volume email systems, ideally at an ESP or marketing automation platform
• Deep knowledge of SMTP, bounces, complaints, deferrals, throttling, and mailbox-provider behavior
• Hands-on experience managing sender reputation across domains and IP pools
• Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, domain alignment, and custom sending domains
• Experience with queues, distributed workers, idempotency, rate limiting, SQL, and Redis
• Ability to diagnose blocklists, spam complaints, authentication failures, and reputation changes
• Understanding of how list quality, engagement, spam traps, and customer abuse affect deliverability
• Clear communication and the ability to work autonomously in a small team

Nice to have:

• Experience at an ESP such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable, SendGrid, Mailgun, or Customer.io
• Experience with Amazon SES or MTAs such as Postfix, Haraka, or PowerMTA
• Familiarity with Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS/JMRP, feedback loops, and blocklist monitoring
• Experience with Go, Node.js/TypeScript, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kubernetes, or Prometheus
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex

Affiliate Manager

📍 Remote | New iGaming Brand (Tier-1 Markets)


ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our partners are launching a new iGaming brand backed by an experienced investment holding with multiple online gaming projects. The company is currently building its first product from scratch and plans to expand with additional brands in the future.
The product is being launched on the SoftSwiss platform, with initial focus on Tier-1 markets, primarily the Netherlands. The project is currently in the setup phase, with launch planned for the coming months.


ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will take ownership of affiliate acquisition and traffic growth for Tier-1 GEOs. This person will become one of the first key members of the team and will play a critical role in building the affiliate direction from the ground up.
You will be responsible not only for partner management but also for traffic quality analysis, performance monitoring, payout validation, and scaling profitable partnerships.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands affiliate marketing beyond relationship management and can independently analyze data, make decisions, and drive business results.


GOALS DURING THE PROBATION PERIOD (FIRST 90 DAYS)
• Onboard the first affiliate partners for NL market
• Launch initial traffic streams and campaigns
• Conduct traffic quality assessments and performance analysis
• Achieve agreed KPIs for FTD volume and traffic quality
• Identify high-performing and underperforming traffic sources
• Establish payout validation and reconciliation processes
• Scale profitable partnerships and stop ineffective traffic channels


WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Attract and onboard affiliate partners for Tier-1 GEOs (NL, FR)
• Build and expand the affiliate network from scratch
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners
• Analyze traffic quality and performance metrics (FTD, CPA, ROI, LTV, retention)
• Identify low-quality, fraudulent, or unprofitable traffic sources
• Quickly react to traffic quality issues and stop ineffective campaigns
• Scale successful traffic sources and partnership opportunities
• Conduct traffic reconciliations and partner settlements
• Validate traffic quality before approving payouts
• Review payout requests and ensure reporting accuracy
• Work closely with analytics, CRM, and product teams
• Interpret performance data independently and make business decisions
• Test new traffic sources, affiliates, and cooperation models
• Optimize commercial terms with partners
• Share insights and recommendations to improve traffic quality and acquisition performance


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming / Online Casino
• Proven experience working with SEO traffic - must have!
• Existing network of affiliate partners is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of CPA, FTD, ROI, LTV, NGR, and traffic quality metrics
• Experience analyzing affiliate traffic and identifying quality issues
• Hands-on experience with affiliate programs, tracking platforms, and reporting systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
