We are currently looking for an IT Desktop Support Specialist who will help maintain the stability of our IT infrastructure and provide technical support to company employees.

We are open to different working formats — you can work remotely or choose one of our comfortable offices in Lviv, Dnipro, or Kharkiv. All locations are equipped with backup power and stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted and efficient work under any circumstances.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to employees at the U.S. office on issues related to computers, software, and network access
- Install, configure, and maintain software and applications on employee workstations
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and connectivity issues on Windows-based PCs
- Support, troubleshoot, license, and maintain the company's enterprise technology stack, including tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Office 365, Teams, ClickUp
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist users by providing guidance and basic training on company IT systems and tools
- Collaborate with the IT Ops Manager to ensure the stable and secure operation of the IT infrastructure
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, system configurations, and network assets for inventory and tracking purposes
- Document user accounts, access permissions, and related system information in accordance with internal IT policies
- Collaborate with the IT Ops Manager to implement and manage zero-touch deployment for US-based devices using Rippling
- Monitor deployment processes and ensure systems and device setups are running smoothly and efficiently
- Install, configure, and maintain antivirus and endpoint protection software
- Manage and monitor backup processes to ensure data can be restored in the event of system failure or data loss

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluency in English (B1-B2 level)
- Experience in customer service preferably in English
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Basic understanding of IP, DNS, VPN and skills in diagnosing network problems
- Security knowledge. Anti-phishing and other cyber threats

About the Role:

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a high-skill group tackling challenging engineering problems: scaling distributed systems, designing micro frontend architectures, and building shared libraries that impact multiple product areas. As a support engineer, you will be first point of user engagement, providing thoughtful day-to-day comprehensive technical support to users from initial challenge through resolution. This will include talking the user through account set up, to troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues. In this role, you will provide your insight and execution to drive the optimal user experience by phone call, email and remote assistance.
