Jobs Design

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer who combines strong visual craft and product thinking to design high-converting web experiences that drive measurable acquisition results.  You will join our Brand Design team, working side by side with graphic, motion and 3d designers to shape how our brand lives on the web, and collaborate closely with product/marketing managers, analysts, and developers, where modern web design directly shapes how potential users discover our product and decide to sign up.

In this role, you will design and optimize our key acquisition surfaces (websites and landing pages), conduct qualitative research to understand visitor behavior, and translate insights into design improvements. You will set the visual direction for our web presence, influence design decisions, shape the brand experience on the web, and deliver measurable results for both the people who use our product and the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve our key company websites with strong visual craft, with hand-off to WordPress developers for our main sites and to frontend developers for custom-built landings
• Design and continuously optimize landing pages and key website pages, focusing on clarity of message, engagement, and conversion to sign-up
• Build user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and improve the acquisition experience end to end
• Conduct qualitative user research, including session recording analysis, heatmap reviews, user interviews, and usability testing, to uncover insights and inform design decisions
• Create app store creatives, including screenshots, feature graphics, and listing assets for App Store and Google Play
• Compose visually compelling layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and visual rhythm
• Collaborate with graphic, 3D designers and other creative team members to integrate brand illustrations, photography, and visual assets into web layouts
• Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages, ensuring layouts, typography, and content systems work effectively across different markets and locales
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across different devices, adhering to brand guidelines and the web design system

• Document design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing websites, and registration flows
• Background that includes hands-on work with conversion metrics, A/B tests, qualitative research, and cross-functional collaboration with product managers and analysts
• Portfolio with recent (last 1 to 2 years) landing pages, marketing websites, home pages and registration flows demonstrating modern visual craft and conversion-focused thinking
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, composition) with a clear sense of modern web design trends and references
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual design, asset preparation, and image editing
• Hands-on experience improving registration and sign-up flows by identifying friction through qualitative research and shipping iterative improvements
• Experience designing for acquisition, growth, or conversion-focused contexts with measurable impact
• Good qualitative research skills, including session recording analysis, heatmap interpretation, user interviews, and usability testing, with the ability to translate observations into actionable design hypotheses
• Proficiency in building user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and communicate complex flows
• Experience creating app store creatives (screenshots, feature graphics, listing assets) for App Store and Google Play, with familiarity with ASO visual best practices
• Practical experience designing for both WordPress (page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg, reusable block patterns, dynamic content) and custom frontend hand-off, with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers across both stacks
• Proficiency in designing responsive user interfaces for web and mobile, grounded in user-centered design principles and information architecture
• Experience working within established design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) and proficiency in Figma for prototyping and rapid iteration
• Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products, with understanding of how localization affects layout, typography, content density, and visual hierarchy

• Proficient English skills (B2+ level) both written and spoken, with strong communication, teamwork, and a user-focused mindset with attention to detail

Will be a plus

• Experience working with FinTech products
• Illustration skills, with the ability to create custom illustrations or thoughtfully compose layouts using existing illustration assets

What are you going to do?

We're looking for a product designer to help create and shape our products: fuel and loyalty platforms built for the US market. You'll lead projects end to end, working closely with engineering and stakeholders, and you'll help stand up design practice in our team. We expect a broad range of design skills, exceptional taste, and fluency with the latest AI design workflows.

What you'll own

• Design end to end across our vendor-facing and internal surfaces: research, flows, UI, and the details that make it usable at volume.
• Work directly with product and engineering from the start of a problem, not just at handoff, shaping what gets built and not only how it looks.
• Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools as part of your default workflow, moving from idea to tested design fast, and help bring those workflows into our existing legacy designs.
• Establish research and customer insight practice, so evidence is embedded from problem framing through delivery.
• Drive competitor and market analysis, including the best current design patterns and industry examples, and use it to shape design direction and inform strategic priorities across teams.
• Ground decisions in analytics and real usage data rather than preference alone.
• Build and maintain a design system that holds up as the product and the team grow.
• Give engineering enough clarity to build confidently, without needing pixel-perfect specs for everything.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products for mobile and web.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both design sensibility and real product depth.
• Demonstrated research ability: you can plan it, run it, and turn it into direction.
• Fluency with AI tools, with the ability to work directly in code rather than relying solely on prompts.
• Strong Figma fundamentals: components, auto layout, variables, and systems that hold up under other people's hands.
• Excellent communication, with a track record of working effectively with US-based stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, fueling, or loyalty domain products.
• Experience improving user flows in complex domains with a large user base and high event volume.
• Motion and brand design skills you can apply to product and marketing surfaces.

PAR Retail Offers:

- Long-term employment;

- Competitive compensation with regular performance-based salary and career development reviews;

- Paid vacations and sick leaves;

- Health insurance program;

- Flexible working hours;

- Sponsored company educational program, corporate library;

- A unique and friendly environment where everyone can explore and learn new technologies.

We are looking for a hands-on Design Director to lead the UX and product design direction for our AI-centric poker learning, coaching, and training platform.

You will lead a small design team and personally drive the most complex UX work, from defining problems with Product to testing solutions with players and refining the shipped experience. The priority is exceptional UX judgment: helping players understand decisions, identify mistakes, practice effectively, and track improvement.

Practical poker knowledge and strategy experience are essential, gained through live/offline play or hands-on use of poker solvers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, poker experts, and leadership.

What You Will Do

• Own UX Direction: Lead design across analysis, practice, coaching, competition, and progression, connecting them into a clear product experience.
• Shape Product Decisions: Collaborate early with Product and Engineering, using player research and product data to identify and prioritize problems.
• Hands-on Design & Prototyping: Personally design the most complex user journeys, translating poker strategy, hand analysis, and training data into clear interactions.
• User Research & Testing: Lead usability testing with players, refine solutions before development, and evaluate results after launch.
• Cross-Platform Experience: Design coherent experiences across desktop and mobile web, with strong information hierarchy, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
• Design Systems & Standards: Set design standards and reusable interaction patterns; partner with Engineering to keep shared components and the shipped experience consistent.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a small design team through clear expectations, actionable feedback, and regular design reviews.
• Domain Integration: Work with poker experts to ensure explanations, drills, and feedback accurately reflect strategy and real study workflows.
• AI-Driven Workflows: Develop and test AI-powered workflows across research, prototyping, and design-to-development to improve delivery quality and speed.

• Execution & Quality: Review implementation and follow through on usability and design-quality issues until resolved.

What We Are Looking For

• Practical Poker Knowledge: Strategy experience through live/offline play or hands-on use of poker solvers. You can explain strategic decisions and discuss how players analyze hands, study, and improve.
• Senior Product Design Experience: Proven experience leading product design for complex consumer-facing products, with strong information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
• Proven Portfolio: A portfolio of shipped work showing your personal contribution, decisions, trade-offs, and results.
• Visual & Data UI Judgment: Strong visual design judgment, including data visualization, hierarchy, and responsive interfaces.
• Leadership Skills: 2+ years of experience leading and developing designers (experience leading a small team is sufficient).
• Product Judgment: Ability to influence direction and work effectively with engineers, domain experts, and senior stakeholders.
• Tooling: Figma proficiency, practical experience with design systems, and experience using AI tools in design or prototyping.

• Communication: Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing poker software, solvers, coaching products, or training tools.
• Experience with learning journeys, personalization, progress tracking, or other data-rich products.
• Experience building or scaling design systems and improving collaboration between design and engineering.

Interested? Send your CV and portfolio to apply!

We are on a mission to build the next generation of poker learning, coaching, and training experiences.

This is not a traditional design role focused solely on visual polish or minor UI tweaks. We are looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer who deeply understands how poker players think, study, practice, and level up their game.

Your core task will be translating complex GTO strategies, solver data, and analytical workflows into intuitive, engaging, and highly effective product experiences. You will combine deep product thinking with real poker domain knowledge to help players bridge the gap between theory and execution at the tables.

If you love solving complex interaction challenges, simplifying heavy data systems, and designing products where skill mastery and progression truly matter — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the UX and product design strategy for our poker learning ecosystem — from initial conceptualization and research to prototyping, launch, and iteration.
• Translate Strategy into UX: Turn complex poker math, range analysis, and tactical concepts into frictionless, accessible product flows.
• Design Practice & Mastery Journeys: Create interactive drills, decision-tree simulations, hand history analysis workflows, and personalized coaching loops.
• Work with Experts & Players: Collaborate closely with professional poker players, coaches, and domain experts to uncover real study habits and pain points.
• Rapid Prototyping & AI Integration: Partner directly with product and engineering teams to prototype fast, leverage modern AI tools (Figma, Claude Code/Design), and test ideas iteratively.
• Data-Informed Design: Analyze user behavior and learning metrics to identify friction points, optimize retention, and improve learning outcomes.

• Establish UX Architecture: Build and scale design patterns, interaction standards, and UX frameworks for a growing suite of poker products.

What We’re Looking For

• Product Design Expertise: Proven track record of designing complex consumer-facing SaaS, EdTech, or data-rich digital products.
• Full-Stack UX Toolkit: Mastery of information architecture, user flows, rapid prototyping, wireframing, user research, and usability testing.
• Solid Poker Knowledge: Practical understanding of poker concepts, terminology, and how serious players study (GTO, ranges, equity, solvers, etc.).
• Tooling Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with Figma and familiarity with Claude Code / Claude Design workflows.
• System Simplifier: Ability to take dense analytical data and reduce cognitive load without stripping away strategic depth.
• Product Mindset: Strong product judgment — you challenge assumptions, ask "why," and advocate for the user rather than just executing tickets.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate design decisions to engineers and stakeholders clearly.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience designing poker software, solvers, training tools, or HUDs.
• Background in EdTech, competitive gaming, chess training platforms (e.g., Chess.com), or language learning apps (e.g., Duolingo).
• Experience with gamification, skill assessment models, and adaptive learning algorithms.
• Ability to contribute to high-fidelity UI and design systems when needed.

• Passion for using AI-assisted tools to speed up design exploration and research workflows.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role isn’t just about making the interface look sleek. Success means helping players learn faster, practice more effectively, understand their leaks, stay engaged, and measurably improve their win rates.

You will set the product foundation that keeps our experiences intuitive, structured, and genuinely empowering as our platform grows in complexity.

If you're ready to reshape how players master poker, send us your portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and a brief note about your connection to poker or skill-development platforms.

WHAT WE PROMISE:

• Competitive monthly compensation based on your experience, with reliable, on-time payments.
• A respectful, supportive team culture. Our team members have described us as the best agency they’ve ever worked for—their words, not ours!
• 2 weeks of paid annual leave, plus public holidays in your country.
• Clear briefs, established processes, and ongoing support to help you deliver your best work.
• Creative variety and opportunities to grow. Work across different eCommerce brands, contribute your ideas, and develop your design and email marketing skills.
• Work alongside experienced email marketing specialists at an agency recognized as one of Omnisend’s top 5 agency partners worldwide and a Klaviyo Partner agency.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• This is a full-time contractor position for an individual joining our team.

Project work, remote. We need a strong designer who leverages AI tools to iterate fast and deliver production-ready designs with distinct taste and character.

About us

Rendi is an iOS app that teaches languages through one story. The learner plays as Rendi, a little star who has landed in a town of circles. The app has four parts: story lessons, quests (short detective stories where you talk to the characters out loud), a dictionary and an AI helper. It launches on the App Store in November 2026. We are Apprendi FlexKapG, a small team in Vienna.

The project

Design our website and page ecosystem based on what we already have:

Structure and copy: fully mapped out, section by section.

Assets: brand colours, typography guidelines, character art, rooms, town map, real app screens from Figma, quest screen recordings, and voice clips.

Scope:

Main landing page: high-fidelity design covering visual hierarchy, layout, typography, creative staging of characters/screens, motion concepts, and mobile adaptation.

Page design system & templates: design structures for supporting pages based on provided outlines (grammar articles/explanations, blog posts, comparison pages, and creator landing).

Next steps: There is an immediate opportunity to transition to a second project within our team (details to follow).

What matters most to us

Speed of iteration. We want to see initial concepts within a few days, give feedback rapidly, and refine in short, tight loops.

Leveraging AI in the design process. We look for designers who genuinely integrate AI into their workflow (for ideation, layouts, generating variations, custom visuals, or styling) alongside standard design tools like Figma.

How to apply

Send:

Two or three relevant design cases or landing page concepts, with a brief note on how each was created (tools used, timeline).

Your AI design stack: which AI tools you use in your design workflow and for what purpose.

We're looking for a Founding Design Engineer to own the full product experience of a personal AI agent, from the first prototypes through to production on web and iOS. This is a rare hybrid role: you'll design interfaces in Figma and then build them yourself in TypeScript, React, and Next.js. You'll care deeply about the details that make a product feel great, like typography, motion, and interaction design, while still moving fast and shipping often. As the first design engineer, you'll set the visual and interaction standards the product grows on. You'll work in-person with the founding team in Warsaw and have a direct say in what gets built and how it feels. It's a great fit for someone with strong product taste, solid engineering skills, and a preference for quick iteration over rigid processes.

Details:
Schedule: Full time
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Onsite)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term
English: Fluent
Polish: Fluent (required) - MUST
Type of collaboration: Internal Employment

About the project:
The company is a pre-seed startup building a personal AI agent that takes care of everyday tasks and acts on the user's behalf. It was founded by a serial entrepreneur with a successful exit behind them. The team is bringing a Silicon Valley startup culture to Warsaw: small, ambitious, and focused on speed and ownership. The product is available on both web and iOS, and the user experience is at the heart of what makes it work. As an early hire, you'll help shape the product from its earliest stages and grow with the company. This is a chance to define how people interact with personal AI agents and to build it from the ground up.

You have:
- Mid-senior level experience owning product experiences end-to-end (junior profiles won't be a fit)
- Production interfaces you've shipped that show both UI/UX design and frontend engineering skills
- Professional experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Professional experience designing and prototyping in Figma
- Strong product taste and real attention to typography, motion, and interaction details
- Ability to balance polish with speed and to iterate quickly
- Fluent Polish (required for team communication) and fluent English
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Warsaw
- Nice to have: experience building iOS apps with SwiftUI
- Nice to have: experience with the Vercel AI SDK and AI Gateway
- Nice to have: previous experience in an early-stage, fast-paced startup

What to do:
- Own the product experience across web and iOS, from early concepts to production
- Design flows, screens, and interactions in Figma and prototype ideas quickly
- Build the interfaces yourself in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Contribute to the iOS app using SwiftUI
- Set the standards for typography, motion, and visual quality across the product
- Design and build intuitive interfaces for an AI agent that acts on users' behalf
- Work closely with the founders and engineers to decide what to build and ship it fast
- Iterate based on user feedback and keep improving the overall product experience
