Your future responsibilities:
- Creating and editing UX texts (interfaces, errors, onboarding, notifications, email)
- Improving user journeys through content (clarity, friction reduction, decision support)
- Participating in creating UX flows and information architecture
- Participating in discovery: hypothesis generation, problem framing, JTBD
- Collaborating with designers and PMs at the solutioning stage
- Influencing product solutions through content
- Participating in user testing (usability, A/B)
- Analysis of insights and their application in content
- Working with UX metrics (NPS, task success rate, error rate)
- Supporting and developing tone of voice and content guidelines
- Working with the design system (content patterns, standards, consistency)
- Creating and supporting documentation
- Creating and managing keys in Lokalise
- Localization and translation of content (English/Ukrainian)
- Collaborating with legal/compliance regarding texts
- Participating in creating AI solutions for content
- Testing and implementing AI tools into processes
Your skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in UX writing / content design
- Experience working with digital products (mobile/web)
- Understanding the UX process (discovery β delivery)
- Experience working with research and insights (usability, A/B testing)
- Ability to argue decisions through data and user insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluent Ukrainian and English from Upper Intermediate
Will be a plus:
- Experience in fintech / banking / insurance
- Experience with localization (Lokalise or similar tools)
- Experience in creating content guidelines or design systems
- Experience with conversational UX / AI products
- Understanding behavioral psychology or nudging
- Experience with complex scenarios (errors, edge cases, compliance)
