Це гібридна роль на перетині аналітики, mission consulting та pre-sales. Не потрібно бути senior-інженером, але потрібно достатньо глибоко розуміти продукт, щоб говорити із замовником його мовою - мовою операцій, розвідки, ризиків і реальних задач, а не мовою фічей.

Нам потрібна людина, яка може взяти технічні можливості продукту й перекласти їх у зрозумілі сценарії застосування: які задачі це закриває, для кого саме, в якому operational context, з якими даними, обмеженнями та очікуваним результатом.

Що ви будете робити

• Розробляти use cases під конкретні mission-сценарії
  Перекладати можливості продуктів Cyber Harbor у прикладні сценарії для оборонного, безпекового, правоохоронного та державного сектору в Україні, NATO та ЄС.
• Вести pre-sales цикл з боку mission expertise
  Проводити демо, готувати POC, відповідати на технічні та операційні запитання, формувати proposals під конкретні задачі замовника.
• Бути містком між клієнтом і product-командою
  Збирати вимоги з поля, структурувати їх у product-запити, пояснювати контекст задачі команді та впливати на roadmap.
• Створювати матеріали, які пояснюють цінність продукту через задачі
  Готувати case studies, demo flows, mission playbooks та інші матеріали, які показують продукт не через фічі, а через реальні сценарії застосування.
• Працювати зі stakeholders різного рівня
  Комунікувати як з операційними аналітиками та технічними командами, так і з керівниками, які приймають рішення щодо впровадження.

Що нам важливо

• Від 3 років релевантного досвіду в одному або кількох напрямках: оборонний / безпековий сектор, cyber / intelligence-аналітика, OSINT, defense-tech, think tank, аналітичний product management або pre-sales для складних B2B / B2G SaaS-продуктів.
• Розуміння операційного контексту замовників у сфері оборони, безпеки, розвідки, кібербезпеки або правоохоронної діяльності - без потреби довго пояснювати базову логіку задач, обмежень і прийняття рішень.
• Досвід роботи зі складними аналітичними або SaaS-продуктами: вміння швидко розібратися в платформі, зрозуміти її можливості та перекласти їх у сценарії застосування для клієнта.
• Сильні аналітичні навички: вміння розкласти операційну або бізнес-задачу клієнта на компоненти, сформувати solution logic і зібрати з продукту робоче рішення.
• Stakeholder management у складних організаціях: здатність рухати процес у структурах з довгим циклом погоджень, кількома центрами впливу та високими вимогами до довіри.
• Українська на рівні native та англійська C1+ - письмова й усна. Більшість комунікації з європейськими клієнтами буде англійською.
• Ownership і самостійність: роль будується з нуля, тому потрібна людина, яка може брати нечіткий запит, структурувати його, домовлятися з людьми і доводити до результату без мікроменеджменту.
