We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce SMM Lead with a strong background in promoting physical products in the US market.

In this role, you will build and lead the brand’s social media presence across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. 🎯 Основні обов’язки

• Формування організаційної структури баїнг-відділу;

• Масштабування та виконання KPI по обсягах, ROI та прибутку;

• Постановка задач команді та контроль їх виконання;

• Управління та планування бюджетів, тестування нових GEO;

• Пошук, оптимізація та масштабування зв’язок, впровадження технічних рішень;

• Налаштування автоматизації: від алертів до повноцінних auto-buying процесів;

• Забезпечення безпеки на своєму рівні;

• Участь у процесах найму, навчання та розвитку команди;

• Формування звітності, аналіз відхилень у P&L та інших метриках;

• Взаємодія з суміжними відділами для підвищення перформансу баїнгу.

🧩 Завдання на випробувальний термін

• Ознайомлення з поточною структурою компанії та пропозиція стратегічних рішень (мінімум 3 вектори);

• Створення готового плану дій з запуску керованої системи заливу (crash / slots) у стабільних обсягах;

• Перегляд бонусної системи та впровадження її для тімлідів і баєрів;

• Найм однієї команди відповідно до бачення Head of Media Buying;

• Реорганізація бюджетної моделі всередині компанії;

• Побудова процесу роботи з 30+ баєрами;

• Налагодження співпраці між баїнгом та афіліат-відділом;

• Налаштування процесу тестування зв’язок;

• Взаємодія з відділом автоматизації для створення автозакупки та масштабування РК.
