The Media Trader is responsible for performing all assigned activities related to trade desk planning and managing programmatic advertising campaigns for online advertising clients. Media Trader will execute and optimize display, video, and mobile programmatic or real-time bidding (RTB) campaigns.

Our product, data and marketing ops team will support you where needed, but you should be in the driver seat.

Requirements: Russian/Ukrainian-speaking preferred. Perfect written English — you'll be creating all content in English for a US audience. Available to work hours overlapping with US Pacific time (until 12pm PST).

Location: Remote or Warsaw office / hybrid

Seniority: Middle+ / Senior (We will assess your seniority not by years of experience, but by reviewing the case statistics you have worked with)

What you’ll do

- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for highly competitive products and target markets, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines 

- Communication with partners + setting up workflows with new ones 

- Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance using metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI to maximize return on investment and payback 

- Conduct competitors’ research, generating insights and presenting findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making 

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring your creative ideas for ads and landing pages to life

What we’re looking for

- At least 3 year of experience working with add networks 

- Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI 

- Familiarity with leading global ad networks 

- Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools 

- Experience managing >100k budgets in verticals with high competition 

- Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy 

- Positive mindset and challenging spirit to push boundaries
