We're looking for a mid to senior UI/UX designer to join us on a long-term contract, working full-time hours with our team in the UK.

What you'll do

• Design website pages in Figma, built properly for handoff to Webflow development
• Work from briefs, wireframes and brand guidelines through to final high-fidelity design

Codebridge is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to own the user experience of a UK insurance technology product. We want a designer who ships — someone who designs a flow and then builds it in React, and who can hold a design system together across channels we don't control. The product is already in production with a major carrier, and most of the customer experience happens inside an AI assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the end-user experience in every channel the product appears in, AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude included.
• Create and maintain a shared set of interaction patterns, so that a journey built once behaves identically wherever it runs.
• Establish and safeguard the design system: tokens, per-insurer theming, accessibility, and the limits of environments we don't own.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product or interaction design, with shipped work you can talk through from problem to release.
• You design in code — confident maintaining a React/TypeScript component library in production rather than passing mockups to someone else.
• A portfolio of intricate, high-stakes journeys in fintech, insurance, healthcare or a comparable field, where a user mistake is costly.

• Bring screens to a truly finished state: every state, every edge case, every empty state and error, checked and ready for handoff.
• Design for a technical audience: MSP admins and technicians who live in device lists, alerts, and logs. Density and clarity matter more than decoration.

Основне завдання — адаптувати фіналізовану desktop web-версію B2B-кабінету під mobile та tablet web-формати.

Нам потрібен дизайнер, який зможе не просто перенести desktop-інтерфейс на менші екрани, а грамотно переосмислити UX-логіку для mobile/tablet: навігацію, таблиці, календар, форми, фільтри, картки, модальні вікна, стани та складні сценарії управління.

Основне завдання

Підготувати адаптацію B2B-кабінету Visita під два ключові формати:

• mobile web;
• tablet web.

Це не розробка двох окремих продуктів з нуля, а адаптація існуючої desktop-логіки та дизайн-системи під відповідні breakpoint’и.

При цьому важливо зберегти продуктову логіку, зручність роботи та зрозумілу структуру інтерфейсу для власників бізнесу, адміністраторів і операторів.

Що потрібно буде робити

• Вивчити поточну desktop web-версію B2B-кабінету та UX-специфікацію.
• Розібратися в логіці продукту: marketplace + B2B-кабінет.
• Зрозуміти, як B2B-налаштування впливають на B2C-частину продукту.
• Адаптувати ключові екрани під mobile та tablet breakpoint’и.
• Продумати mobile та tablet-навігацію замість desktop sidebar.
• Адаптувати складні інтерфейси:
  • календар записів;
  • створення та управління записами;
  • список і профіль клієнтів;
  • послуги;
  • команда співробітників;
  • розклади;
  • налаштування бізнесу;
  • аналітика;
  • сповіщення.
• Переосмислити роботу таблиць, фільтрів, карток, форм, dropdown'ів, right-side panels і modal-вікон на малих екранах.
• Підготувати стани інтерфейсів: loading, empty state, validation, error, disabled, active, selected, conflict та інші.
• Працювати з існуючою компонентною базою / design system.
• За потреби пропонувати покращення UX-логіки, якщо desktop-патерн погано переноситься на mobile/tablet.
• Підготувати акуратні Figma-макети для передачі в розробку.
• Взаємодіяти з продуктовою та технічною командою.

• Досвід проєктування інтерфейсів із таблицями, календарями, фільтрами, формами, статусами та великою кількістю станів.
• Впевнена робота у Figma.
• Уміння працювати з існуючою дизайн-системою та компонентною базою.
• Уважність до деталей.
• Уміння аргументувати UX-рішення.

• Досвід роботи з booking-системами, CRM або scheduling-платформами.
