Responsibilities:

Developing the SEO strategy for product-based projects
Promoting websites in competitive and challenging geographic markets (GEOs)
Managing brand protection and monopolizing brand-related search results
Launching and developing brand-aligned satellite sites
Launching affiliate SEO projects for new markets
Analyzing niches, competitors, search results (SERPs), and growth opportunities
Formulating SEO strategies and forecasting traffic
Managing link building, expired domains (drops), and behavioral factors
Overseeing technical SEO and website conversion rates
Analyzing traffic performance and SEO metrics
Coordinating with contractors and sourcing new vendors as needed
Collaborating closely with content, link building, and product teams
 

Requirements:

5+ years of SEO experience
Practical experience promoting sites in challenging GEOs subject to restrictions and blocking
Understanding of anti-blocking mechanisms, cloaking, and satellite/doorway site strategies
Experience launching projects or entering new GEOs from scratch
Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
Solid understanding of the impact of links, expired domains, and behavioral factors
Experience with website conversion optimization and CTA principles
Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs
Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager is a plus
Experience managing multiple websites simultaneously
English proficiency: Intermediate (B1-B2) or higher
