• Account Troubleshooting & Vendor Communication: Executing daily account-related tasks, including communicating with sellers regarding replacements, resolving specific account issues, and ensuring assets are ready for launch.
• Reporting & Inventory: Maintaining accurate records of asset inventory and status in Google Sheets/CRM. You are responsible for knowing the real-time status of our account stock.
