Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and help support Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and production systems.

This role is a good fit for someone who already has basic hands-on experience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD and wants to grow into an SRE / DevOps position.

Responsibilities

• Support Kubernetes-based environments.

We do not expect a Junior engineer to know everything.

The important things are strong fundamentals, willingness to learn, and the ability to investigate problems instead of only following predefined instructions.

The engineer will work together with more experienced team members and gradually take more responsibility for CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, and production infrastructure.

  The Real-Time division has initiated a Cyber Security Issues Remediation program to address critical security vulnerabilities across its cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The objective is to remediate identified security issues, harden CI/CD pipelines, implement security best practices, and strengthen the overall security posture of the Real-Time platform on AWS.

About the Role:

As a Principal DevOps Engineer, you will lead the development of the cloud infrastructure and delivery platform from the ground up. You will define the multi-account cloud foundation, networking architecture, security controls, Kubernetes approach, CI/CD ecosystem, and observability framework before production workloads are launched.

This position combines hands-on infrastructure-as-code development with platform-level strategy, production and incident readiness, and compliance-by-design principles. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and AI platform teams, establish and share operational best practices, and help ensure the platform remains secure, highly available, and performant at scale.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement a multi-account cloud foundation, including account structure, landing zones, VPCs, Transit Gateway, IAM policies, and cost governance.
• Build and operate a highly resilient container platform based on Amazon EKS, including service mesh configuration, autoscaling strategies, and multi-AZ or multi-region deployments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar technologies, while enabling GitOps-based delivery with tools such as Argo CD.
• Build standardized, paved-road CI/CD pipelines that automate application build, testing, and deployment processes across multiple product teams.
• Implement a comprehensive observability stack covering metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch, and establish SLO and error budget practices.
• Own and define production readiness processes, including incident response, on-call rotation design, runbooks, and chaos/load testing for major events.
• Lead the migration of existing third-party platform components, including dual-running environments, data migration pipelines, and cutover planning.
• Integrate compliance requirements directly into infrastructure through automated audit trails, environment segregation, backup and disaster recovery strategies, and controls aligned with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with AI platform engineers to provision and operate AI-assisted development infrastructure and incorporate AI tools into DevOps workflows.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering, including at least 3 years at Staff/Principal level with organization-wide impact.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS, including EKS, EC2, RDS/Aurora, VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, IAM, and multi-account environments.
• Strong expertise in Terraform and Kubernetes, including day-2 operations, upgrades, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Proven experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms used across multiple engineering teams.
• Experience operating high-availability, high-throughput systems and managing significant traffic spikes.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash, along with the ability to review application code from an infrastructure integration perspective.
• Hands-on experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for critical systems.

Проєкт зосереджений на побудові та підтримці безпечних enterprise-платформ інфраструктури для державного сектору. Команда проєктує, автоматизує та підтримує Kubernetes-середовища з особливим акцентом на cloud-інфраструктурі, platform hardening, Infrastructure as Code та CI/CD automation.

У межах проєкту ти долучишся до масштабних ініціатив із модернізації інфраструктури, що включають Kubernetes orchestration, GitOps practices, enterprise security solutions та air-gapped deployment environments. Роль передбачає активну участь у technical discovery, проєктуванні архітектури, плануванні імплементації та комунікації зі стейкхолдерами.

Обовʼязки:

• Проєктувати, впроваджувати та підтримувати enterprise-рівня Kubernetes-платформи та cloud-інфраструктуру
• Очолювати процеси delivery інфраструктури від етапу discovery до production rollout

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, database, and infrastructure security experience to work with our fintech client.

The engineer should be able to independently own infrastructure projects, make technical decisions, communicate directly with client teams, and support the professional growth of other team members.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure projects from technical design through implementation and production rollout.
• Design, automate, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain development, staging, and production environments.
