What you’ll do

Accounting & Record-Keeping

• Own day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks across statutory and management records, including AP/AR, bank transactions, accruals and prepayments.

Treasury & Payments

• Open and maintain bank/EMI accounts and handle operational, KYC/KYB and compliance requests.
   

Revenue & PSP Controlling

• Own revenue and related fee reconciliation for PSPs, including settlements, fees, refunds/chargebacks and cash receipts.
• Investigate discrepancies and improve or automate recurring reconciliation controls.
   

About you

• 3+ years in Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations or a similar hands-on finance role.
• Solid accounting foundation: accruals, AP/AR, journal entries and the relationship between P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Hands-on experience with month-end processes, reconciliations, ERP/accounting systems and payment operations.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and ability to independently investigate discrepancies.

PROJECT

The project focuses on building a modern data platform from the ground up with an emphasis on immutable event streams, governed canonical models, semantic layers, and scalable analytics infrastructure. The platform will support analytical workloads, operational data products, AI applications, and future customer-facing data experiences.

As a Principal / Staff Data Platform Engineer, you will own key architectural decisions, define scalable engineering standards, and help deliver the first production-ready version of the platform in a high-scale AdTech environment.

Job Description

• Lead the technical design and architecture of a modern enterprise-scale data platform
• Define scalable data flows from Iceberg-based event storage into analytical and operational data products
• Evaluate and select technologies for orchestration, transformation, querying, serving, and storage
• Design reusable canonical entities and data models across advertising, campaigns, inventory, billing, and customer domains
• Establish scalable engineering patterns for batch and near-real-time processing
• Build reliable and observable data pipelines for high-volume AdTech workloads
• Implement data quality, lineage, observability, and reconciliation capabilities
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering teams to introduce CI-enforced data contracts and governance standards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and operating production-grade data platforms
• Strong expertise in distributed data systems and high-volume event-driven architectures
• Deep understanding of modern lakehouse architectures and Apache Iceberg
• Advanced SQL skills and production experience with Python, Java, Scala, or similar languages
• Experience with distributed processing and query technologies such as Spark, Flink, or Trino
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, partitioning strategies, and performance optimization
• Proven experience building batch and near-real-time data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and production observability
• Experience implementing data contracts, schema evolution, and data quality frameworks
• Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions in greenfield environments
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

We are looking for an AI Engineer with practical experience in robotics, simulation, synthetic data and AI agents.

The first priority for this role is to understand how our 3D, simulation and configurator expertise can be useful for robotics teams: what training data they need, how synthetic data can help, where real-world data is required, and which product hypotheses are worth testing.

You will work at the intersection of AI, robotics, 3D/simulation and production software engineering. We expect you to be able to move from an unclear problem to research, technical discovery, prototype, evaluation and a clear recommendation for the next step.

• Analyze our current 3D/simulation projects and identify possible use cases for robotics.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our email marketing agency. In this role you will be responsible for two equally important things: independently designing high-converting email campaigns and landing pages in Figma based on detailed briefings, and independently reviewing email designs created by other designers in our team — evaluating their work, writing precise revision notes per brand, and approving final versions for delivery.

You will work across our diverse portfolio of e-commerce clients, with a strong focus on visual quality, conversion-driven design, and brand consistency. We expect a sharp eye for spacing, hierarchy, and what actually makes advertising creative work — not just designs that look nice, but designs that perform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Campaign Design (Figma)

• Independently translate detailed briefings into visually striking, on-brand email designs in Figma.
• Build campaigns that are not only beautiful but optimized for clarity, hierarchy, and conversion across desktop and mobile email clients.
• Maintain pixel-level consistency with each brand's visual identity, components, and design system.

2. Design Review & Revision Management

• Independently review email drafts produced by other graphic designers across all client brands.
• Evaluate work against brand guidelines, performance principles, and our internal quality standards.
• Document clear, structured, actionable revision notes per brand — so that the responsible designer can implement changes without ambiguity.
• Approve and release final designs once they meet our quality bar.

3. Landing Page Design

• Ensure landing pages and emails feel like a single coherent experience for the end customer.

4. Photoshop & Asset Production

• Use Photoshop confidently for retouching, compositing, image preparation, and creative asset production.

5. AI-Powered Workflow

• Actively use AI tools (Claude in particular) in your daily workflow — for ideation, briefing analysis, copy iteration, asset preparation, and quality checks.
• Stay curious and current. AI tooling is evolving fast, and we expect every team member to evolve with it. Willingness to experiment with new AI workflows is essential.

• Excellent skills — in landing page design and graphic design — strong portfolio is mandatory.
