This role owns the outbound motion from lead creation through SQL handoff and actively supports pre-sales qualification, including participation in sales calls as needed.

This is a performance-oriented role with clear accountability and revenue-linked incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive outbound lead generation for services-based offerings
• Independently research, create, and manage outbound lead lists (lead researcher support available if needed)
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using Reply.io or Clay (email and LinkedIn)
• Apply GTM and ABM strategies across NA and EMEA markets
• Qualify leads and generate SQLs for the Sales team
• Participate in pre-sales calls to support qualification, scoping, and deal progression
• Track and manage all leads, activities, and pipeline stages in HubSpot
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to maximize pipeline efficiency
• Support event-related outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline acceleration

• Maintain strong understanding of service positioning, value propositions, and buyer needs

   

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B outbound sales development or lead generation experience
• Proven ability to self-source and qualify outbound leads
• Experience supporting or selling services-based offerings
• Strong understanding of GTM and ABM execution
• Hands-on experience with Reply.io or Clay as the core outbound tool
• Solid working experience with HubSpot (all sales activities executed within HubSpot)
• Experience working with events, marketing, and sales teams
• Comfortable supporting pre-sales qualification and joining sales calls
• Excellent written and spoken English (business-level or higher)

An affiliate marketing agency specializing in iGaming, betting, mobile applications, and fintech. The team provides a full cycle of traffic arbitrage services, including app development, process automation, and creation of custom services.

The AdKey.App project is a mobile WebView app rental service for iGaming traffic.

Due to the active growth of the project, we are opening a new role to strengthen the technical team and optimize development processes.

Role Objective

To lead the Android development team, analyze the current production process, and create an action plan to increase the volume of app production and extend the average app lifecycle in the market.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Android development team (up to 5 engineers): planning, task assignment, code reviews, mentoring.
• Product development and maintenance: building high-converting WebView and native applications, making key architectural decisions.
• Collaboration with backend and media buying teams on tracking infrastructure, store optimization, and correct data transmission.
• Analysis and optimization: monitoring app performance, working with technical metrics (conversions, stability), reliability, and proposing improvements.
• Process automation within the team to increase development speed and quality.

Tech Stack / Tools

• Kotlin, Java, Coroutines, OOP, Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI.
• WebView and hybrid application development.
• Analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Firebase, AppsFlyer, Facebook SDK).
• Version control systems (Git), CI/CD.
• Obfuscation tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Android development experience (Kotlin/Java) and 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Critical: recent hands-on experience in AdTech / User Acquisition / Traffic Arbitrage.
• Deep understanding of WebView mechanics, attribution systems (Install Referrer, deep linking), and the full mobile traffic lifecycle.
• Practical experience in app security: bot and fraud protection, passing store moderation.
• Knowledge of the backend side of mobile applications: API architecture, high-load services (Firebase, push notifications), and how the client interacts with the server for analytics and tracking.
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play, with a strong understanding of moderation requirements and the app lifecycle in the marketplace.
• Ability to build and optimize processes for fast iterative development (releasing and maintaining multiple apps per week).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a systematic approach to management.

Nice to Have

Experience in highly competitive traffic environments with complex monetization models: AdTech, FinTech, E-commerce, Dating, Betting/iGaming.

Practical knowledge of:

• Trackers (Keitaro, Binom, or similar).
• Advertising campaign setup and optimization (UAC, Facebook Ads).
• ASO optimization.
• Using AI tools to improve productivity (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
• English level B1+.
