Requirements: 
- Strong knowledge of Java 
- Knowledge of Spring (Spring Core, Spring AOP, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot) 
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services 
- Proficiency in version control tools (Git) 
- Experience with build tools like Maven and Gradle 
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) 
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) 

- Experience in unit and integration testing 
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability 
- English level: Intermediate or higher 

Will Be a Plus: 

- Solid understanding of design patterns 

- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis 

- Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ 

- Experience with microservices architecture 

Responsibilities: 

- Collaborate with senior developers and project managers 

- Assist in designing, coding, and testing applications 

- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code 

- Participate in code reviews 

- Debug and resolve technical issues 

- Contribute to application documentation

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our backend team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance, and reliable microservices for modern products across fintech, AI, telecom, healthcare, and other high-load domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using Java (17/21) and Spring Boot.
• Work with event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Integrate with internal and external REST/GraphQL services.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering best practices.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Investigate and resolve production issues, contributing to CI/CD and observability improvements.

• Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
• Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles: microservices, event-driven systems, clean architecture.
• Experience with Git, unit testing (JUnit), and debugging/profiling tools.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, or GraphQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or Terraform.
• Understanding of caching strategies, messaging patterns, and high-load system design.
• Experience with performance tuning, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), and observability tools (ELK).

• Familiarity with ML/AI integrations or data pipelines.

• Мови: англійська — B1+ або вище (впевнена розмовна для проведення інтерв’ю)

• Початок роботи: одразу після успішного проходження всіх етапів
• Оплата: 10$ за проведення 1-годинного інтерв'ю, або 15$ за проведення 1.5-годинного інтерв'ю

• Опис: Роль передбачає проведення структурованих технічних інтерв’ю, оцінку рівня кандидатів та підготовку чітких і аргументованих фідбеків для рекрутинг-команди. Передбачається або 1 година на технічне / лайв кодинг, або об'єднане інтерв'ю 1.5 години (1 година технічного + 30 хвилин лайв кодингу)

• Часовий пояс: основна робота за українським часом з частковим оверлапом комунікації клієнтом (EST)

Юридичні та фінансові умови

• Випробувальний термін: 1-2 перші інтерв'ю
• Юридичний формат: співпраця через ФОП 3-ї групи (Україна). У разі відсутності ФОП надаємо консультацію та допомогу з відкриттям
