Pass a technical test in C++ and OOP (including questions on knowledge of OOP and algorithmic problems) and also, pass English test, both on October 6 at 3pm EEST.
On October 19d, the course will start, with the first introductory lecture.

The project aim is to optimize, extend with new features Automotive Solution. Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars. ТОВ «МЮТЕК» будує «Пугач» — комплекс РЕБ/РЕР, який виявляє ворожі БПЛА за радіосигналом і застосовує точкові засоби протидії. Прототип у польових випробуваннях, контракт із Brave1, замовлення від штурмових бригад.

Шукаємо джуніора в пару до Hardware Lead. Це не «принеси-подай»: ти працюєш руками на реальному залізі, яке через кілька місяців поїде на фронт, і паралельно вчишся радіочастотній частині — з нуля, у людини, яка робить це щодня.

Досвіду в RF ми НЕ вимагаємо. Його майже ні в кого немає на старті — цього не вчать у вишах і не набувають на пет-проєктах. Вимагаємо міцну базу в електроніці або embedded, охайні руки й здатність швидко вчитися.

— Що робитимеш —

• Збираєш і налагоджуєш комплекси: плати, кабельні збірки, роз'єми, антени, механіка. Від «купка компонентів» до «працює як система».

• Знімаєш вимірювання в лабораторії й на полігоні: зібрати сетап, отримати дані, зафіксувати результат, знайти причину, коли не працює.

• Пишеш дрібний код під задачу: прошивка мікроконтролера, скрипт автоматизації вимірювань, обробка логів. Здебільшого разом з AI-асистентом — у нас так працює вся команда.

• Ведеш «господарство» апаратної частини: BOM, компоненти, замовлення, складські залишки, документація на зібрані вироби.

• Їздиш з командою на випробування — кілька разів на місяць, іноді ближче до фронту (не на позиціях).

Перші 3 місяці — щільна робота в парі з Hardware Lead, з ревʼю кожної задачі. Далі — власні шматки роботи під контролем.

— Що шукаємо —

• Розуміння базової електроніки: закон Ома, дільники, живлення, земля, чому щось гріється і чому щось не запускається

• Практика паяння і монтажу — рівня «збирав власні пристрої», не обов'язково промислового

• Базове програмування: C або Python. Достатньо рівня «пишу робочі скрипти й читаю чужий код»

• Досвід з мікроконтролерами (STM32, ESP32, AVR — будь-що) на рівні власних або навчальних проєктів

• Здатність довести справу до кінця самостійно: загуглити, прочитати datasheet, спробувати, переробити

• Англійська B1+ — читати документацію на компоненти

• Львів, робота в офісі та лабораторії. Віддалено цю роботу зробити неможливо — залізо тут.

— Тобі точно варто подаватися, якщо ти —

• Студент 3–4 курсу технічного вишу з реальними pet-проєктами на мікроконтролерах

• Розробник із web/mobile, який переходить в embedded і вже сам вчить C та STM32

• Випускник профтеху за напрямом радіоелектроніки чи монтажу апаратури

• Радіоаматор або людина, яка сама збирає й ремонтує електроніку

• Досвід з дронами, FPV, радіозв'язком — у будь-якій формі, включно з хобі

• Робота з вимірювальними приладами: осцилограф, генератор, аналізатор спектра

• Розведення плат (KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA) навіть на аматорському рівні

• Досвід з AI-асистентами в роботі (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)

• Водійське посвідчення

• Технічна освіта за напрямом радіотехніки / електроніки
