We’re scaling our Infrastructure Stream — and we need someone who’s ready to grow with it. This isn’t a role where you watch from the sidelines. You’ll get hands-on with cloud infrastructure, process automation, monitoring systems, and engineering tooling from day one.

You’ll work directly with Mykyta — our Head of Infrastructure, who built our infra from the ground up. He’s not a strategy-and-delegate type. He’s in the weeds with the team, solving real problems alongside 4 senior Infra Engineers who’ve been here for years and know this stack inside out.
 

You won’t just learn the theory. You’ll learn from the people who built the thing.

What you’ll own
From day one, you’ll work on live infrastructure — not toy problems. Expect to:

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS using managed services
• Implement Infrastructure as Code principles
• Launch and refactor systems that handle real payment traffic
• Work with PostgreSQL on AWS RDS
• Dig into observability with Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, ELK, and Vector
• Keep docs clean and processes sharp — good infra teams don’t leave knowledge in people’s heads
   

You’re a great fit if you have
You don’t need years of experience. You need the right foundation and the drive to go further:

• Linux basics — networking, processes, storage
• Some AWS experience — a course, a certification, or a pet project
• A feel for IaC principles — Terraform experience is a bonus
• CI/CD awareness — you know what a pipeline does and why it matters
• Built something end-to-end — deployed an app, set up monitoring, and wrote a script. Anything that shows you can figure things out independently.
• A genuine itch to learn and to work in a team
   

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of programming (Python, Go, etc.)
• Experience working with monitoring systems
• Familiarity with technologies overlapping with our Tech Radar
