Gotoinc is looking for a Trainee UI/UX Designer to join our Incredible team!

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Design Team and contribute creative and user-focused solutions. Check out the details below and apply! 

Our candidate:

• Formal education in Design or a related field (university degree or completion of a structured, long-term professional design program; short-term courses are not sufficient);
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals; completion of relevant courses is acceptable if not covered in university curriculum;
• Has at least an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English;
• Has a portfolio on Behance and/or Dribbble that demonstrates problem-solving skills and a clear design thinking process;
• Confident working in Figma (our primary tool);
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new design tools if needed (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.);
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including usability principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy;
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes;
• Experience working with components, variables, auto layout, and styles, with foundational knowledge of design systems and shared libraries;
• Knowledge of modern UI/UX practices, including responsive and mobile design principles and basic accessibility standards;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Work on UI/UX design tasks; 
• Create and refine interfaces based on existing design systems; 
• Work with Figma components, styles, and variables (including tokens and basic system logic);
• Maintain visual and UX consistency across screens and features; 
• Prepare design assets and layouts for development handoff; 
• Collaborate with other designers, PMs, and developers;
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and requirements; 
• Support design documentation and system updates when needed.

Ця роль добре підійде дизайнерам на старті кар’єри, які хочуть прокачати візуал, композицію та UI-мислення.

Буде "match", якщо:

• Є досвід у UI/UX від 6 місяців (готові розглядати джунів).
• Сильні композиція, типографіка, робота з кольором.
• Портфоліо - обов’язково.
• Інструменти: Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Розуміння веб-сіток, адаптивів, принципу pixel-perfect.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід із анімаціями або 3D.
• Досвід пакування кейс-стаді (структура, сторітелінг, акценти на бізнес-результат).
• Розуміння маркетингового меседжу: як показати «value» у візуалі.

Що потрібно буде робити:

• Працювати над веб-проєктами разом із командою: лендинги, сторінки сайтів, окремі секції та інтерфейси.
• Підтримувати існуючі проєкти: вносити правки, допрацьовувати секції, адаптиви та готувати матеріали до публікації.
• Створювати Dribbble-шоти: обкладинки, прев’ю, before/after, легкі мікровзаємодії (за потреби).
• Пакувати візуали для кейсів, лендінгів, портфоліо студії та промо-матеріалів.
• Підбирати референси, створювати швидкі мудборди та допомагати тримати єдиний візуальний стиль.
• Готувати прості промо-креативи для соцмереж.
• Працювати в колаборації з маркетинговою та дизайн-командами: швидкі ітерації, правки та доведення матеріалів до фіналу.
• Дотримуватися дедлайнів і стандартів якості: гайдлайни, ретуш, експорти, адаптиви.
