About the Role

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s internal processes and help optimize them to ensure our clients get the best payment solution on the market.

This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product — working side by side with our technical and business teams to make payments seamless for businesses worldwide.

What you’ll own

— Conducting technical onboarding of new clients into the Solidgate system
— Supporting processes related to Solidgate’s payment services
— Building new workflows and optimizing existing ones
— Handling analytical requests from clients
— Setting up payment routing
— Collaborating closely with product and technical teams inside the company
— Communicating with partner banks’ technical support teams
— Detecting and resolving anomalies in the payment process

You’re a great fit if you have 

— Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
— Knowledge of SQL and Python

As a Risk Operations Analyst at Solidgate, you’ll be the one keeping our engine clean, sharp and one step ahead. Які задачі чекають тебе в ролі Data Analyst:
— Пошук потенційних можливостей росту для бізнесу шляхом аналізу даних та перетворення їх на цінні інсайти;
— Покращення елементів продукта на основі метрик та результатів спліт-тестів;
— Автоматизація процесу аналітики, побудова ELT пайплайнів та створення аналітичних дашбордів;
— Впровадження рішень для автоматизації та оптимізації процесів.
 

Що для нас важливо:
— Знання математики та статистики;
— Впевнене володіння SQL, BI інструментами (Tableau), Excel/Google Sheets;
— Сильні аналітичні навички, добре розвинені критичне мислення та комунікативні навички;
— Вміння не втрачати повну картину заглиблюючись у деталі;
— Вміння швидко вчитись та досягати результатів;
— Рівень англійської від B1.
 

Буде плюсом:
— Досвід проведення A/B тестів;
— Досвід з Python, Git;
— Розуміння маркетингових/продуктових метрик та взаємозв’язків між ними.

Тому шукаємо junior-аналітика, який хоче швидко вирости, взяти відповідальність і будувати аналітику разом з бізнесом на ранній стадії.

Зараз аналітика у нас частково зібрана, частково — в процесі: десь бракує метрик, десь ламається атрибуція, повної картини бізнесу ще немає.
 

Ми шукаємо допитливого/-ву Junior Data Analyst, який/яка допоможе навести лад у даних і поступово заовнерить аналітичну зону.

Задачі на цій позиції:

• Допомагатимеш будувати й підтримувати аналітику продукту, маркетингу та ops
• Працюватимеш з існуючими датасетами, івентами та дашбордами
• Разом з лідом інженірингу та аналітики братимеш участь у налаштуванні дата-конекторів
• Допомагатимеш фіксити проблеми з атрибуцією та якістю даних
• Оновлюватимеш і підтримуватимеш дашборди в Tableau
• Допомагатимеш з A/B тестами маркетингу й продукту
• Вчитимешся швидко копатись у даних і знаходити проблеми та точки росту бізнесу

Ти працюватимеш напряму з CEO, Product, CMO та Engineering Lead-ом і матимеш сильне менторство.

Що очікуємо від тебе:

• Початковий комерційний досвід в аналітиці або сильний навчальний / pet-проєктний бекграунд
• Профільна освіта або навчання (прикладна математика, системний аналіз, кібернетика, CS тощо)
• Базове розуміння математики та статистики
• Практичний досвід з: SQL, Google Sheets
• Базові знання Python або сильне бажання швидко його підтягнути
• Уміння працювати з неповними даними й не боятись “хаосу”
• Англійська — від B1

Буде перевагою:

• Участь в олімпіадах, хакатонах, pet-проєктах
• Розуміння продуктових або маркетингових метрик
• Підприємницький майндсет
  Passion до спорту: біг, плавання, тренування — ти сам(а) живеш у цьому
