WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO DO:

- Create UI/UX designs from scratch

- Deliver final master files for all assets to developers

- Review implementation of designs and provide feedback to developers

- Create marketing materials (AppStore screenshots, Social Ads, etc)

REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent English or Ukrainian, or Russian is a must.

- Experience in iOS app design

- Adobe XD experience is a plus

About the product: Our app, launched in 2019 for Android and iOS, simplifies the process of finding new friends. This is a growing product that prioritizes user experience through Customer Journey Maps. We focus on innovative solutions, like developing alternative scoring systems for user matching and testing new business models. You will benefit from mentorship, code reviews, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment with no legacy code. Using Scrum methodology, we continuously add new features, solving complex business challenges.

In this role, you will

• Analyze and improve existing company processes
• Develop strategic plans for project growth
• Integrate automation into workflows
• Establish and maintain a structured code review process
• Participate in task planning and execution
   

It’s all about you

• 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development
• Expertise in Swift and the iOS SDK
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and their application
• Experience with Git workflows (e.g., GitFlow)
• Proficiency in reactive programming (Combine)
• Solid grasp of multithreading concepts
• Hands-on experience with UIKit and SwiftUI
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, UI, and integration testing)
• Experience with CoreData or Realm for database management
• Strong background in networking (REST APIs, socket programming)
• Familiarity with dependency managers (SPM, CocoaPods, Carthage)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Fastlane, Bitrise)
• Skilled in implementing UI/UX best practices for mobile applications

Your future responsibilities:

• Implement ideas from Product Backlog into a reliable working product
• Develop, deploy, and support high-quality mobile banking application for iOS platform using SwiftUI, Combine and MVVM+C with multiple reusable components that will facilitate multiple smaller features-teams working on the same project
• Promote code quality and app reliability with the latest architectural patterns
• High code standards, detailed code review with good automatic code quality, and test checking allow for smooth app development

Your skills and experience:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IOS Developer role
• Very good proficiency in SwiftUI and iOS toolkit, with of commercial experience in building a high-quality mobile app
• Hands-on experience with: MVVM+C pattern, concurrency, memory management, git,  app debugging and bug solving, application modularization using Combine, automated tests (eg Unit Tests)

• 5+ років відповідного професійного досвіду на посаді IOS розробника
• Відмінне володіння SwiftUI та інструментарієм iOS, комерційного досвіду у створенні високоякісних мобільних додатків
• Практичний досвід роботи з: MVVM+C патерн, паралелізм, управління пам’яттю, git, налагодження додатків та усунення помилок, модуляризація додатків за допомогою Combine, автоматизовані тести (наприклад, Unit Tests)
