We are seeking a Technical Writer who can clearly and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports the usability and understanding of our decentralized platform. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to produce content that drives adoption, education, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for developers, users, and stakeholders.
• Write technical guides, API documentation, integration instructions, FAQs, tutorials, and release notes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for different audiences, including developers and business users.
• Continuously improve content based on user feedback, product updates, and technical reviews.
• Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and terminology across all documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation as needed.
   

Requirements:

• At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or blockchain/Web3 environments.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to understand and explain technical topics such as APIs, SDKs, and system architectures.
• Familiarity with developer tools, Git, markdown, and content management systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and remote environment.
• Experience documenting decentralized technologies or Web3 platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
