About the Mission

We are building an AI-driven payments ecosystem designed to transform a $50B industry still dominated by slow, legacy processors. As Head of ISO, your mission is to architect, lead, and scale our merchant acquisition engine. • Manage IAM roles, permissions, policies with least privilege principle
• Optimize AWS resources for cost-efficiency (rightsizing, auto-scaling, reserved instances, saving plans)

CI/CD Pipelines:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/Jenkins
• Ensure zero-downtime deployments

Database & Messaging System Management:

• Deploy, configure, and optimize RDS PostgreSQL & DynamoDB
• Implement backups and failover strategies
• Fine-tune database query performance, caching, and connection pooling
• Manage RabbitMQ clusters, queues, and message durability

Monitoring & Observability:

• Set up and manage Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for monitoring & logging
• Create dashboards & alerts for system health, performance, and failures
• Use distributed tracing tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry) for debugging

Security & Compliance Best Practices:

• Implement IAM best practices (least privilege, MFA, role-based access control)
• Enforce network security (VPC isolation, security groups, WAF, private endpoints)
• Manage secrets & sensitive data securely via AWS Secrets Manager
• Ensure automated security patching for OS and dependencies
• Regularly conduct security audits, vulnerability scans, and compliance checks

Backup & Disaster Recovery:

• Set up automated backups for databases & critical systems
• Implement disaster recovery plan according to RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective)

Responsibilities:

• You will design and implement high-performance image processing algorithms that power intelligent photo-editing features.
• You will contribute to and evolve a cross-platform C++ core library used across desktop, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Depending on your level, you may also lead technical initiatives and drive architectural decisions within a small feature team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience (C++17/C++20)
• Strong understanding of modern C++ paradigms (RAII, move semantics, STL, templates)
• Solid knowledge of multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to decompose complex tasks, define milestones, and estimate development effort
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to design scalable, maintainable cross-platform solutions

About the role:

We are building tomorrow’s web-based platform-independent and high-performing solutions for viewing dental scans and performing sophisticated dental restorative work and dental CAD in general. Our solutions are developed in JavaScript and Angular with the foundation based on C++, the VTK framework, and WASM.

Your profile:

· 5+ years of software development experience

· Extensive and documented practical experience with and knowledge of modern C++ on a very senior level for big projects, especially with inter-language interoperability, type libraries and concurrent programming

· Experience with POSIX threads and working with ABIs

· Working experience with WASM or at least embedded software development,

· Solid experience with and willingness to teach others in these areas,

· A degree in Computer Science or Engineering

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Delphi Software Developer to develop 3Shape’s CAD software. You will ease the daily work of dental technicians and dentists, supporting them in providing better patient treatments. Our product supports millions of users within the Labs and Clinics all over the world.

You will join a highly skilled and motivated team that works with CAD and complex 3D algorithms, OpenGL, AI integration, etc. 

Areas of responsibility:

• Design user interface, algorithms, and implement workflows for dentistry
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, refactoring, processes, code metrics, etc.
• Ensure high maintainability of the code (e.g., through designing and implementing automatic tests)
• Cooperate with developers on other projects
• Develop the coolest 3D Windows desktop application

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer with Delphi
• Solid experience with design patterns and OOP principles
• Good mathematical understanding
• Interest in 3D and computational geometry
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the existing code base
