Profile Overview

Your immediate impact in the first 1-3 months will be:

• Become a core member of our product engineering team, owning features from idea to production

What You bring to the table

We're looking for a Senior Java Engineer to lead the integration and enhancement of a recently acquired Payment Hub into our existing payments platform — ~232 PSP integrations, a cashier tier, and a set of core services running on EKS (AWS eu-central-1, ARM64) with GCP as a secondary region. You'll architect and build high-throughput backend services on modern Java and Spring Boot 3.x, onboard and mentor mid- and junior-level engineers, drive engineering standards, and partner with DevOps and Architects to deliver scalable, fault-tolerant solutions under real payment SLAs.

Important:

Job responsibilities

• Take ownership of live incident triage and escalation — assessing impact, setting priorities and coordinating effective responses across teams to meet regulatory expectations
• Lead incident calls and maintain clear, timely communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and transparent updates through to E2E conclusion
• Run incidents as a decision system, driving clarity on what is known, what is suspected and what action is taken nextFacilitate post-incident reviews (PIRs) that drive genuine improvement — identifying root causes, challenging assumptions and ensuring permanent fixes are delivered and tracked to closure
• Work across our Technical Operations team to coach and mentor other analysts in incident and problem management best practice
• Support operational resilience activities, including scenario testing and crisis management exercises, to strengthen readiness and communication under pressure
• Continuously improve our incident management framework, playbooks and tools — keeping them clear, effective and aligned with best practice
• Build strong relationships across operational, technical, product and customer teams — fostering collaboration and ensuring incidents are managed efficiently and constructively

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a team building an AI-powered identity data platform.

This is not a classic reporting role. You will work on complex data problems: measuring AI scoring quality, validating matching logic, analyzing provider performance, and helping Product & Engineering make better decisions.

We process large-scale datasets, integrate multiple external data sources, and run millions of enrichment operations daily. Your work will directly impact product quality, efficiency, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build metrics for data quality, match rates, scoring accuracy, and business impact
• Analyze performance of AI / LLM scoring models together with engineers
• Compare external data providers and identify best ROI sources
• Investigate anomalies, pipeline issues, and mismatched numbers
• Support internal teams with fast, data-backed analysis
• Create dashboards when needed — but focus mainly on the logic behind them
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive analytical work
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Data Analytics / Product Analytics / Data Science
• Strong SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar)
• Experience working with large datasets
• Python for analytics (pandas, notebooks, scripts)
• Experience defining KPIs or measurement frameworks from scratch
• Strong analytical thinking and ownership mindset
• Comfortable working with probabilistic / imperfect data systems
• Daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.
• English B2+

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLM evaluation or AI product analytics
• Identity resolution / entity matching experience

• AdTech / MarTech / Healthcare data background
