We are an outsourcing company partnering with fintech businesses. The legal counsel role is focused on fintech and crypto compliance, contracts, and regulatory advisory. You’ll join the legal team working closely with product and business stakeholders across international projects.

Responsibilities:
Legal Research & Risk Management: Conduct in-depth legal research and assess regulatory and legal risks across the company’s operating jurisdictions;
Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements with a focus on contracts governed by foreign law and aligned with international legal standards;
Regulatory Reporting & Tax Matters: Prepare and support reporting to financial regulators and advise on tax exposure and related legal implications;

We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer / Data Platform Engineer to join an innovative healthcare project focused on optimizing administrative workflows for medical institutions.

Doctors currently need to log into 20–30 different systems to ensure treatments are properly covered by insurance companies. The client’s solution aggregates and synchronizes data across these systems, significantly reducing manual effort and processing time.

The product is funded by insurance companies — neither doctors nor patients pay for it. The environment is dynamic, high-impact, and technically demanding, with strong focus on data reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Airflow pipelines (DAG design, orchestration, monitoring, optimization)

• Build and maintain dbt models in Snowflake, ensuring reliable and scalable transformations
