We are building an end-to-end system that turns unknown physical parts into known, sellable products — automatically. The system ingests parts through vision and sensors, resolves identity using AI and structured knowledge, and publishes those parts into a fully integrated commerce, logistics, and search ecosystem.

This is not a research role. It is a production systems role spanning computer vision, large-scale data ingestion, retrieval systems, cloud infrastructure, and e-commerce integration.

What you will build

• A learning ingestion pipeline that identifies unknown physical parts using images, 3D data, and metadata, and improves continuously through human confirmation
• Vision and retrieval systems using multimodal embeddings and vector search to match parts across large catalogs
• A RAG-based knowledge system that ingests, parses, and normalizes manufacturer PDFs, schematics, and parts manuals into APIs
• Event-driven services that publish identified parts into inventory, commerce, shipping, and ERP workflows
• Search-optimized part representations engineered to be discoverable by Google, analytics systems, and downstream AI models

Why this is hard — and interesting

• Parts are visually similar, worn, incomplete, and inconsistent across manufacturers
• Manufacturer data is fragmented, unstructured, and often only available as PDFs and diagrams
• The system must operate across perception, inference, search, commerce, and logistics — not just ML
• Identification must be probabilistic, explainable, and correctable, while downstream systems require deterministic truth
• The platform must learn continuously without breaking accounting, inventory, or customer trust

This is a real-world intelligence problem, not a model-training exercise.

Technical environment

• Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Compute Engine, GPU instances, Cloud Storage)
• MongoDB Atlas for operational and catalog data
• Vector search and retrieval systems for embeddings and similarity matching
• Event-driven and API-first architecture
• Computer vision, multimodal embeddings, and RAG pipelines in production

Required experience

• Senior-level experience building production AI or data-driven systems end-to-end
• Strong background in computer vision, retrieval systems, or multimodal ML
• Experience designing cloud-native systems on GCP or similar platforms
• Deep Python expertise; comfort owning architecture and trade-offs
• Ability to connect ML outputs to real business systems (commerce, ERP, logistics)

What success looks like

• Unknown parts can be ingested, identified, and published without manual data entry
• Manufacturer documents become structured, queryable knowledge
• Identified parts flow cleanly into e-commerce, search, and fulfillment systems
• The system improves over time without increasing operational risk

About the Role 

We are looking for a Node.js Software Engineer with an interest to AI technologies. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using Node.js as the primary technology. 
• Review and provide constructive feedback on Pull Requests from other team members. 
• Design and implement various levels of automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end). 
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve complex technical challenges in building an AI agents system.

Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Audio Signal Processing Engineer to join the team at SQUAD. You will be responsible for a critical project focused on a core functionality within our customers’ products. This includes replacing a key audio processing component with a new, more suitable alternative. Your role will involve managing the entire process, from initial research and analysis to final implementation and testing, with a focus on delivering a high-quality, seamless transition. • Go through the software requirements and get clarifications on one's doubts.

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Science Team Lead to build and scale production AI/ML solutions on AWS while leading a Data Scientist team. You’ll own the full lifecycle —from discovery and proof-of-concepts to training, optimization, deployment, and iteration in production — partnering closely with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• People leadership: Manage and coach a team of Data Scientists, set clear goals, run 1:1s, and support career growth and technical excellence.
• Delivery ownership: Drive project scoping, planning, and on-time, high-quality delivery from inception to production. Proactively remove blockers, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.

• Generative AI Solutions: Design and implement advanced GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies.
• LLM Workflows: Develop agentic LLM workflows that incorporate tool usage, memory, and reasoning for complex problem-solving.
• Scalability & Performance: Maximize model performance on AWS’s by leveraging techniques such as model compilation, distillation, and quantization and using AWS specific features.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Data Engineering, DevOps, MLOps, Solution Architects, Sales teams) to integrate models into production pipelines and workflows.

   

Requirements

• Team management experience: 2+ years leading engineers or scientists (people or tech lead).
• Technical experience: 5–6+ years in Data Science/ML (including deep learning/LLMs).
• Excellent customer-facing skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Expert in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and hands-on with AWS ML services (especially SageMaker and Bedrock).
• Proven experience with generative AI and fine-tuning large language models.
• Experience deploying ML solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure and familiarity with MLOps best practices.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A master’s degree in a relevant field and AWS ML certifications are a plus.

• Go through the software requirements and get clarifications on one's doubts.  
• Become familiar with the software under test and any other software related to it.  
• Understand the master test plan and/or the project plan.  
• Create or assist in creating own test plan.  
• Generate test cases based on the requirements and other documents.
