About the Role

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in defining requirements and shaping the AI-driven future of Pearl’s Analytics and Experimentation platforms. You will work closely with Analytics, Machine Learning, and cross-functional Engineering teams to ensure our data and experimentation platforms are high-quality, AI-enabled, and lean.

This role is critical for driving the adoption of AI tooling, improving experiment workflows, supporting data platform enhancements, and ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance across systems.

What You’ll Do

AI Analytics Tooling (30%)

• Evaluate and pilot AI tools (e.g., ADI Bot, Databricks Agents) and design future enhancements.
• Define adoption metrics and collect user feedback.
• Create enablement materials and promote AI-driven workflow improvements.

Experimentation Platform Support & Optimization (25%)

• Support A/B testing frameworks and validate experiment configurations.
• Partner with Analytics, Engineering, and Machine Learning to improve experimentation workflows.
• Recommend tooling enhancements and streamline experiment lifecycle processes.

Data Platform Analysis & Metadata Governance (25%)

• Evaluate and design enhancements for current data platform offerings (Google Analytics, Internal Data, PostHog).
• Promote adoption of OpenMetadata and improve metadata coverage.
• Design and track AI readiness through documentation scores, dataset lineage, and other readiness metrics.
• Work with platform teams to enforce data standards and governance.

Data Quality Support (10%)

• Review data quality audits and communicate results across teams.
• Maintain data health scorecards and identify recurring issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and resolve data quality issues.

Regulatory Compliance & Requirements Management (10%)

• Translate regulatory obligations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) into system requirements.
• Work with Legal, Security, and Data Engineering on compliance controls.
• Document workflows, maintain audit artifacts, and support periodic reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and/or database analysis, including end-to-end business requirements identification and gathering.
• Ability to query, analyze, and troubleshoot datasets using SQL.
• Experience with agile software development.
• Hands-on use of AI tools within analytics or data engineering workflows.

• Develop an automation or script that triggers when a user unsubscribes from emails, sending this data to Klaviyo (third-party service) for tracking and management.
• Enhance the booking system to display possible meeting slots for users, even when no free slots are available, ensuring users can still see available timeslots for booking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python development, especially in scripting and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with relational and document-oriented databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Comfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party tools.
• Basic understanding of code optimization and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug efficiently.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to handle multiple small tasks effectively.

- MintCreditVault is a module that ensures that the total supply of SyntheticTokens is no greater than "the number of unminced NFTs x 100,000" and implements burnForMint: only the owner (Wayne/his multisig) can burn a strictly defined number of synthetics and, in exchange, mint the corresponding number of real NFTs from CoreNFT to the desired address.

3. "Rental" economic model: the renter pays WETH for 30-day access to the SyntheticToken, uses these tokens as collateral in DeFi, but never gains the right to mint or take the NFTs—this right remains forever with the owner via burnForMint.
4. Additionally, outside of smart contracts: a multi-sig wallet for security, a Telegram/WhatsApp bot with alerts (collection price, liquidation risk, gas, etc.), a position dashboard, and, in the future, the use of external platforms (Arcade, BendDAO, NFTfi, etc.) for "50/50 vault lending," but this is an operational layer on top of the synthetic token.

What's already available:

1. A ready-to-use CoreNFT contract on mainnet — ExposedWallsBanksy with:
- MAX_SUPPLY = 10_000,
- correct implementation of totalSupply() via a pool of unissued tokenIds,
- standard ERC-721, Ownable, ReentrancyGuard, paused.
It actually manages the Banksy collection and is fully compatible as a basic CoreNFT, but it doesn't expose maxSupply() as a function out of the box and doesn't provide a deterministic mintTo(to, tokenId)—this needs to be added (or wrapped) to link it to MintCreditVault.

2. A detailed text specification for the rest of the architecture, which clearly describes:

- formulas for maxMintingCredits() and maxSyntheticSupply(),
- behavior of mint, burnForMint, payRent, effectiveBalanceOf, terminateLease,
- requirements for P2P transfer locking and governance lock (any delegate() must always `revert`).

3. Understanding Wayne's business logic from the conversation: he owns ~93% of the collection, considers the floor "controllable," and wants multiple independent income streams from the NFT collateral, without sales or dependence on third-party pools. He's prepared for a multi-sig scheme, regular alerts, and a phased launch (first a small test volume, then scaling).

What's missing:

- The SyntheticToken contract itself with rental logic.

- The MintCreditVault module itself and the burnForMint implementation.

- Minor improvements to CoreNFT (maxSupply() as a view and deterministic mintTo).

- Specific integration parameters (WETH address, owner wallet for receiving fees, list of whitelisted pools, and the exact WETH → SyntheticToken ratio in payRent).
