Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and API architecture.
• Strong experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Role Description

As the Capture & Sales Manager, you’ll drive growth across defence, security, and industrial markets — leading opportunities from strategy to contract. You’ll build key partnerships, shape tenders, and position our solutions with government and industry leaders. This role suits a proactive deal-maker with deep insight into defence procurement and a passion for delivering impact in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional capture strategy for Ukraine and adjacent EU markets. 
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within defence, security, and industrial sectors. 
• Lead proposal development, bid management, and tender submissions (Military Units, Ukrainian MoD, EU/NATO procurement, and OEM partners). 
• Engage with government agencies, defence primes, integrators, and local partners to shape requirements and position our solutions.
• Manage customer pipeline and CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Support contracting and negotiation processes in cooperation with legal and finance teams.
• Coordinate field demonstrations, exhibitions, and technical presentations with engineering and product teams.
• Maintain awareness of export control, compliance, and offset requirements for each jurisdiction.
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales (ideally in defense), capture management, or government contracting, preferably within a NATO or EU context.
• Strong understanding of defence procurement processes (RFI, RFP, ITT) and funding mechanisms (EDF, national defence budgets, innovation budgets, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in closing complex B2G or B2B contracts in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Ukrainian. Other EU languages are a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field environment, travel frequently, and operate within export-controlled contexts.
• High ethical standards and understanding of compliance, ITAR/EU dual-use regulations, and conflict-zone risk management.
   

Preferred Background

• Prior service in the armed forces or defence industry (engineering, business development, or procurement).
• Established network within Ukrainian or EU defence and security communities.
• Experience with sensor systems, C4ISR, UAV, or robotics technologies.
• Familiarity with grant or co-funded R&D capture (e.g., European Defence Fund and alike).
