- Own the core gateway logic: authorization, capture, voids, refunds, recurring payments, payouts, callbacks/webhooks
- Work closely with engineering on system design decisions: APIs, data models, idempotency, reliability, observability
- Translate business and compliance requirements into clear product and technical specifications
- Own the full product lifecycle: discovery β design β delivery β launch β iteration
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, 3DS, card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), and regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with external partners: PSPs, acquirers, fraud/KYC providers
- Drive product decisions based on metrics: approval rates, latency, decline reasons, cost per transaction, and stability
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- At least 4-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in payments/fintech
- Proven hands-on experience building payment processing or payment gateway products from scratch (not only integrations or feature ownership - core processing logic is mandatory)
- Deep understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle. card payments, 3DS, authorization/clearing/settlement, PSP and acquirer integrations, routing, cascading, retries, failover
- Strong understanding of payment system architecture and how backend systems work
- Ability to work as a product owner with architectural thinking, not just requirements management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, regulated environments
- High ownership mindset: able to independently drive decisions and outcomes

About the Role
We are building a centralized operations function to support a group of companies that includes EVE, Rebel Capital, and 3DLOOK
Today, these companies face many of the same operational challenges β HR, recruiting, legal workflows, finance coordination, security, documentation, and internal processes β but they address them independently. This leads to duplicated effort, inconsistent execution, and unnecessary load on leadership.
As Head of Operations, you will design, build, and run a shared operational foundation across the group. Your mandate is to create scalable systems, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure that operations run predictably as the companies grow.
This is a systems-building and ownership role, not an administrative one. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the group and take on increasing responsibility as the operating platform scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on ownership of core operational functions, including HR, recruiting, legal operations, security, and internal processes across all companies. This role is execution-first, not advisory.
- Improve and scale operational foundations by personally designing, implementing, and running systems and workflows that support rapid growth without increasing executive overhead.
- Build and deliver AI-powered automation as a distinct operational service, identifying high-leverage opportunities to automate workflows across HR, finance, legal, onboarding, reporting, and internal operations.
- Design repeatable, automation-first systems that reduce manual work, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase speed, accuracy, and consistency across the group.
- Own HR operations end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, people policies, performance processes, and tooling β with a strong focus on automation and self-serve workflows.
- Establish and manage recruiting operations across product, engineering, and service teams, including tooling, pipelines, coordination, and process optimization.
- Coordinate legal operations by working directly with external counsel and hands-on managing contracts, documentation, compliance workflows, and corporate filings.
- Support operational security and compliance processes, including audit preparation, control tracking, and ongoing evidence management, leveraging automation wherever possible.
- Partner closely with finance leadership on invoicing, payroll workflows, vendor management, and operational reporting, ensuring processes are reliable and scalable.
- Translate leadership priorities into concrete execution plans, personally driving implementation and ensuring consistent follow-through across teams.
- Build, improve, and maintain SOPs, documentation, and clear ownership across all operational areas, with a bias toward simplicity and automation.
- Proactively identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and single points of failure, and personally drive solutions before they become issues.
- Standardize tools, processes, and execution across the group to reduce duplication, improve efficiency, and enable automation at scale.
- Ensure leadership experiences operations as reliable, predictable, low-friction, and increasingly automated.
- Who Weβre Looking For5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar roles in fast-growing companies.
- Proven experience building or improving HR, recruiting, and legal processes from scratch and scaling them over time.
- Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership teams.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design processes that scale across multiple teams or companies.
- Comfort operating across multiple functions and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High level of ownership, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have: experience in service-based or hybrid product-and-service companies.

As Head of Marketing, youβll own the marketing function end to end β performance marketing, experimentation, creative production, and team development. Youβll work closely with the GM and leadership team to translate business goals into clear, measurable growth plans, while keeping execution fast, collaborative, and a little bit fun.
What will you be responsible for
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy for one of our subscription-based EdTech mobile apps, turning business goals into a clear, executable acquisition plan.
- Own and optimize product-wide CPA at scale, with Meta Ads as the primary growth driver and a strong focus on efficiency and volume.
- Scale acquisition through continuous experimentation, testing new UA channels and approaches beyond the core setup.
- Own marketing performance tracking end-to-end β from channel-level KPIs to CPA monitoring and optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the UA and Creative Production teams, supported with the right resources, tooling, and clear priorities.
- Drive team performance through regular feedback, structured evaluations, and individual development plans.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new MarTech tools and integrations to improve speed, insight, and scalability.
Your expertise
- Strong marketing leadership background with 5+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing (Mobile/Web, Tier-1). Weβre looking for someone who has previously excelled as a Head of Performance, UA Lead/Meta Lead, or Creative Marketing Lead.
- Proven track record of managing 7-figure monthly spends with a focus on positive ROI and net profit growth.
- Deep-dive expertise in Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of Google UAC, TikTok, and other UA sources.
- Hands-on experience solving complex scaling problems and navigating platform-specific volatility.
- Expertise to build and optimize a creative production process/factory, with a strong focus on automation and efficient integrations.
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced startup environments, including hiring, performance management, and building IDPs.
