The Opportunity:

• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically astute Project Manager to join our close-knit team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of our IT projects from conception to completion, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment, ideally within a small to medium-sized company, with a demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships and achieving high client satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com,).
• Strong technical aptitude with a good grasp of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and general IT concepts. The ability to write and understand Python code is a significant plus, but not required. 
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with particular strength in active listening, empathy, and clear articulation of complex technical information to non-technical clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues with client impact in mind.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards shared client-focused goals.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) will be a plus.

We’re looking for a full-time PHP Developer (OpenCart) to join our team.

We need a specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenCart who can work on both new projects and the ongoing development and support of existing eCommerce solutions. Experience with other CMS platforms or frameworks, including Magento, Shopify, Laravel, or Symfony, will be considered a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing new projects based on OpenCart
• Enhancing and supporting existing websites and modules
• Implementing new features and optimizing existing functionality
• Working with templates and ready-made modules, as well as building custom business logic
• Integrating third-party services, APIs, payment systems, and other external solutions
• Estimating tasks, participating in technical planning, and maintaining code quality
• Collaborating with developers, designers, marketers, and managers throughout project implementation

Our expectations:

• Strong knowledge of PHP
• 3+ years of practical experience with OpenCart
• Understanding of MVC and experience with OCMOD/VQMOD
• Experience creating, configuring, and customizing modules and templates
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience with Git
• Basic understanding of Docker
• Understanding of REST API and JSON
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team
