About the Role

As an Android Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure and scalable mobile applications. You will work closely with an international, cross-functional team, bringing curiosity and a learning mindset to tackle complex challenges. The ideal candidate writes clean, maintainable code, follows best security protocols, and is eager to stay up to date with the latest Android development trends.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Android App Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Android applications with a focus on mobile wallets and identity solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Implement intuitive UI/UX experiences that ensure smooth user interactions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Kotlin Multiplatform applications.
  • Implement user interfaces using Jetpack Compose, optimizing for performance and usability.
• Security & Best Practices:
  • Follow and implement industry best practices for security, data protection, and encryption.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards for handling sensitive user information.
  • Work with backend teams to integrate secure authentication and payment solutions.
• Collaboration & Learning:
  • Work in a diverse, international team with engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Stay up to date with emerging Android development trends and continuously improve coding and architecture practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Testing & Optimization:
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure app reliability and maintainability.
  • Optimize application performance for a seamless user experience across various Android devices.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Android development, building and shipping production-level applications.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin/Java and Android SDK.
  • Experience working with mobile wallets, payment systems, or identity-related applications.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, including encryption, secure storage, and authentication protocols.
  • Familiarity with Jetpack components, MVVM architecture, and dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt/Dagger).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data synchronization.
  • Knowledge of local storage solutions.

• Soft Skills & Mindset:
  • Curious and open to learning, willing to explore new technologies and development approaches.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Product Manager to create and develop a comprehensive loyalty and retention ecosystem that maximizes trader Lifetime Value (LTV), reduces churn, and turns active users into brand advocates.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Loyalty & Retention domain
• Design the logic for bonuses, rebate systems (spread/commission cashback), and VIP programs
• Manage the product backlog, write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), set tasks for the development team, and oversee execution
• Conduct regular CustDev interviews with traders to uncover their true motivators and barriers
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to build churn prediction models and personalize promotional offers
• Analyze the performance of launched features and iteratively improve the product

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (preferably in high-frequency products)
• Strong understanding of key metrics: Retention, LTV, Churn, DAU/MAU, ROI
• Proven track record of developing and launching loyalty programs, bonus engines, and referral systems
• Strong proficiency in product analytics tools  and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and customer development (quantitative and qualitative research)
