Ваші основні задачі: 

• Розробка нових модулів і функціоналу для CRM-системи, вебсайту покриття коду тестами. 
• Оптимізація продуктивності системи та існуючого коду для підвищення стабільності роботи системи. 
• Реалізація інтеграцій із зовнішніми API та платформами. 
• Участь в прийнятті технічних рішень, вибору стеку технологій та проектування архітектури сервісів (мікросервісів). 
• Співпраця з DevOps, QA, бізнес-аналітиками та командою розробників для успішного виконання завдань. 
• Участь у код-рев’ю, технічних обговореннях, підготовці та випуску релізів. 
• Забезпечення якісної розробки згідно з вимогами бізнесу. 

Що ми очікуємо:    

• Досвід роботи на позиції Java Developer не менше 3-х років 
• Досвід роботи з Java 11+, Spring (Core, Boot, Data, Security, Cloud)  
• Досвід роботи з SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) та NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) 
• Досвід написання або модифікації мікросервісів (REST, message broker) та асинхронної обробки подій. 
• Досвід роботи з Kafka або RabbitMQ 
• Вміння працювати з інструментами моніторингу (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) 
• Досвід роботи із CI/CD (GitLab CI, Docker) 

Буде плюсом: 

• Досвід роботи з високонавантаженими системами. 
• Досвід у страховій або фінансовій сфері.

Фронт-офісна система — це програмне забезпечення, яке використовується для взаємодії з клієнтами та партнерами, що орієнтоване на налаштування, продаж та облік страхових продуктів.  

Основні задачі команди: 

• Оптимізація та розвиток CRM-системи, зокрема інтеграція із зовнішніми сервісами та платформами  
• Розробка нових функцій та модулів CRM-системи 
• Підвищення загальної продуктивності системи 
• Підтримка стабільної роботи продакшн-середовища, вирішення інцидентів
