Integration Manager (Game)

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms.
At Softsich, integrations are not just a technical process - they are a real driver of product growth. We are looking for an Integration Manager (Game) who will take ownership of this process: from the first communication with partners to stable launch and scaling.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Managing the connection and integration of external providers.
– Maintaining and updating integration documentation.
– Communicating with Account Managers on the partner/aggregator side.
– Testing integrations (pre-launch / post-launch).
– Collaborating with internal teams (ops, product, tech) to ensure stable integration performance.
– Participating in cross-functional processes related to product launches and support.

It’s a match if you have:

– 2+ years of experience in Game Management / Game Integration.
– Strong understanding of integration and provider launch processes.
– Experience working with external partners (aggregators, providers).
– High level of responsibility and discipline.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Effective communication skills with different stakeholders.

Nice to have:

– Experience working on the aggregator side.
– Experience working with multiple platforms or providers.

Про команду

У нас працює понад 10 SEO-команд із сильними результатами у Tier 1–2 GEO.
Кожна команда має власного Team Lead та фокус на результат і масштабування.

SEO-спеціалісти зосереджені саме на SEO: аналізують, тестують і масштабують рішення.
Операційні задачі закривають інхаус-команди (контент, лінкбілдинг, dev, automation).

Маємо окремий affiliate-напрям, який працює з партнерськими програмами та надає інсайти по GEO і конверсії.

Працюємо по спринтах із підтримкою PM/Assistant, що дозволяє ефективно будувати процеси.

Що потрібно буде робити

• Формувати та реалізовувати SEO-стратегії для сайтів
• Проводити ресерч ніш, конкурентів і ключових слів
• Запускати нові сайти: від ідеї та структури до продакшну
• Проводити SEO-аудити (технічні, контентні, продуктові)
• Оптимізовувати сайти під вимоги пошукових систем і покращувати CTR
• Працювати з контентом: постановка ТЗ, оптимізація, аналіз ефективності
• Будувати та реалізовувати лінкбілдинг-стратегії
• Аналізувати показники: трафік, позиції, індексацію, поведінку користувачів
• Тестувати гіпотези та впроваджувати нові підходи
• Адаптувати стратегію на основі результатів

Що нам потрібно

• Досвід роботи в SEO від 2 років (бажано у конкурентних або сірих нішах)
• Практичний досвід просування сайтів і досягнення результатів (трафік, позиції)
• Розуміння принципів ранжування Google, on-page та off-page SEO
• Досвід проведення SEO-аудитів
• Впевнене володіння інструментами: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4
• Просунутий рівень роботи з Google Sheets
• Досвід роботи з лінкбілдингом
• Базові знання HTML/CSS
• Досвід використання AI-інструментів у SEO
• Англійська мова — від A2–B1 (читання, базова робота з контентом)

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design within product companies
• Proven experience designing for marketplace or eCommerce platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX (required)
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with modern design systems
• Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and current UI trends
• Experience working with A/B testing and interpreting performance metrics
• Ability to quickly identify weak UX points and improve them
• Strong ownership mindset — you move from idea to implementation fast
• English level B2+ (confident written and verbal communication)

Role overview
We’re looking for an SMM & Community Manager to own our day-to-day social presence and help turn our channels into places people actually want to follow, engage with, and come back to. In this role, you’ll plan and publish content, manage community interactions, track performance, and work closely with design, marketing, sales, and product teams to make sure our message stays clear and useful across every touchpoint.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and manage a monthly content plan for social media channels based on company priorities, campaigns, and product updates

• Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including posts, stories, reels, captions, and short-form videos

• Manage day-to-day community engagement by replying to comments and messages, keeping response times high, and building stronger relationships with followers

• Collaborate with design, performance marketing, sales, and product-related stakeholders to keep messaging consistent across social content, launches, and newsletters

• Track core performance metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and community sentiment, and turn that data into clear monthly reports and next steps

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or product-led company

• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube as working channels, not just content references

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice to the brand and the audience

• Working knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for basic visual design and video editing
