We are looking for a detail-oriented junior/middle specialist to support currency exposure management processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills and an interest in financial operations, payments, and currency markets.
You will work with internal financial data, monitor multi-currency positions, and support operational hedging activities that help the company manage exchange rate risk.
This is not a speculative trading role - it is a structured, process-driven operational position.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Currency position monitoring: track the company’s exposure across multiple currencies
• Assist in calculating net currency positions
• Help maintain accurate internal reports on currency balances
• Support execution of routine FX buy/sell transactions under supervision
• Follow established procedures for managing currency exposure
• Help ensure timely updates of FX-related data

This role involves developing and applying promotional strategies that boost customer acquisition, strengthen retention, and accelerate revenue growth.

Our requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in retention, promotions, or similar player engagement roles.
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, with solid knowledge of market trends, player behaviour, and regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of promotional tools and mechanics (free spins, cashbacks, tournaments) and bonus structures.
• Hands-on experience using analytical and reporting tools to track Promo campaigns.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A creative thinker with a talent for crafting compelling marketing content and campaigns.
• At least Upper-intermediate English level.

What will you do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize engaging campaigns, including free spins, cashback offers, tournaments, challenges, and seasonal events.
• Design promotional mechanics and reward structures that maximize player acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Own the promotional calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns and assets.
• Analysing player data and behaviour to segment audiences and personalise promo offers;
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, BI, product, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy with regulations.
• Research competitor activity and industry trends to implement innovative and high-performing promotional concepts.
