Softengi is looking for an iOS developer for a project of a leading Ukrainian telecommunications company!

Your qualification:

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Swift based on mobile apps development
• iOS SDK knowledge
• Understanding of overall development lifecycle
• Understanding of iOS app components, its lifecycle
• REST API principles understanding
• 3rd party libraries injection and usage principles understanding

About the Project

The project involves porting a complex video-monitoring application from iOS to macOS. This includes advanced interactions with hardware sensors and external video/audio devices, ensuring seamless integration and superior performance on the macOS platform.

Responsibilities

• Port an existing iOS video monitoring application to the macOS platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Write clear, maintainable, and high-performance code, adhering to best practices and ensuring portability across platforms.
• Develop, refine, and optimize application features through an iterative prototyping process.
• Collaborate closely with fellow developers, designers, and project managers to estimate tasks, plan development cycles, and deliver on deadlines.

• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical challenges promptly to ensure a stable and high-quality product.

   

Requirements

• Proficiency in Swift, with a strong understanding of its core concepts and features.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Swift developer.
• In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, Design Patterns, Algorithms, Multithreading, and Data Structures.
• Familiarity with Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Strong understanding of application performance limits and characteristics.
• Proficient in using code versioning tools such as Git.
• Solid experience working with development tools like Xcode.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

   

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in porting iOS applications to macOS.
• Experience with AVFoundation and audio/video data processing.
• Experience with Metal.
• Experience with CoreML.
• Experience  in Objective-C or C++.
• Familiarity with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi communication protocols.
• Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs.

• досвід на позиції Team Lead ASO від 1 року у ніші GAMBLING;

For a Long Term Project we are looking for a native iOS Developer with 2+ years of experience. 

abz.agency® is a software development company and trusted outsourcing partner. Our main focus on custom web application, website and browser extension development. We are a European company with a representative in Ukraine. We work only with clients from USA and EU. We do not work with any CIS countries (also we do not have clients in Ukraine). That's why basic English knowledge is required.

You will work closely with other back-end developers, front-end developers, QA engineers, designers, PMs and other employees. Our PM will make every effort to make you feel comfortable working in the company. The company has introduced an PDP (Personal Development Plan) for each employee. Our full-time English teacher will provide support and improve your English skills.

Test assignment

• The vacancy involves a test assignment as one step in the hiring process. It is quite basic - just to test your skills.
• The Company may, at its sole discretion, not provide applicants with the reason for being rejected and technical details of the test completed.

Our working conditions

• First month will be a paid Company Bootcamp period.

• English classes 2 times per week (groups of two people, after work hours).

• Working day from 8:00 to 17:00 (The plan for the day is made at the stand-up meeting and must be accomplished (considering common sense) within the day according to the checkpoints. After accepting the work, the PM finalizes the working day).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in developing iOS applications. 
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Swift programming language and SwiftUI framework.
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, OOP principles, design patterns.
• Good understanding of iOS app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Good understanding of Core Data and Network Extension frameworks.
• Strong understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
• Passion for software engineering, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in integrating payment gateways such as Stripe or Apple Pay into iOS applications for secure transactions.
• Experience with SDKs of popular social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.
• Knowledge of CI/CD.
• Writing unit tests.
• Out-of-the-box thinking.
