• Use AI tools to support ideation, moodboards, layout exploration, content adaptation, image generation, and faster design iteration.
• Work with developers, agencies, Marketing, IT, and commercial teams to ensure design work is implemented accurately.
• Review live pages, documents, and assets for visual quality, consistency, and usability.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio covering website design, brand design, and digital assets.
• Strong Figma experience.
• Experience working with at least one website builder or CMS, such as Wix, Framer, WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally InDesign.
• Strong typography, layout, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience designing landing pages and responsive web layouts.
• Microsoft Word layout/template experience.
• Ability to design polished reports, proposals, presentations, and long-form documents.
• Good practical understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design or productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar.
• Ability to work with developers or agencies and provide clear design feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Strong Wix, Framer, WordPress, or Webflow implementation experience.
• Basic HTML/CSS awareness.
• PowerPoint template design.
• Motion graphics or light video editing.
• Experience using AI tools for design research, rapid prototyping, image generation, copy adaptation, or design QA.
• B2B website or technical-sector design experience.
