The 303 Team is seeking a Level 1 SOC Analyst to join our growing Security Operations Center.

The L1 SOC Analyst is an operational role focused on qualifying real-time security alerts and assisting with incident investigations across client infrastructures. As the front line of our defense, you will be responsible for monitoring system health and data feeds, gathering key forensic data, and resolving cases within your scope. You will work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 Security Engineers, escalating complex cases as necessary for Incident Response.

Beyond core monitoring, you will have the opportunity to contribute to penetration testing, automation, using AI/Machine Learning workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of network and systems security, security testing, and software security.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and *nix (Linux/Unix) platforms.

About the Project

We are developing an international online platform in the iGaming and entertainment industry, currently actively scaling in the Turkish market.

The project is in a rapid growth phase — the number of users and chats is increasing, and the support team is expanding.

About the role:

We are looking for Security Infrastructure Specialist

Description:
This is a short-term, hands-on implementation project - up to 2 months. 
We're looking for a security engineer who can take our existing platforms and configure them into a coherent, modern security posture. 
You'll work across identity, access control, endpoint verification, credential management, and centralized logging. 
The goal is a properly secured environment with clear documentation that our team can operate independently after handoff.

What You'll Do:
- Configure and harden Google Workspace as our central identity provider, enforcing MFA, tightening admin roles, setting up SSO for supported apps, and establishing a clean offboarding process.

- Replace our current VPN-style access model with Cloudflare Zero Trust, putting identity-aware, device-checked access policies in front of internal resources like our staff portal, Grafana, and admin endpoints. Direct exposure of protected services should be eliminated.

We are seeking a Programmatic Media Buyer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in DV360 and other DSPs. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who can own the full media buying lifecycle—from planning, forecasting, and launch to ongoing optimization and insights reporting.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across creative, analytics, and strategy, and be expected to deliver results across upper, mid, and lower funnel campaigns.

This role is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. For those seeking a full-time opportunity, experience in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) or Paid Search (Google Ads) is preferred in addition to core programmatic expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Translate client goals into full-funnel media strategies using DV360 and/or other DSPs (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk)
• Build campaign plans, audience segmentation, and inventory strategies tailored to awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
• Create accurate spend forecasts, pacing plans, and testing roadmaps based on media objectives

Campaign Execution

• Launch and manage Programmatic campaigns (display, video, native, and CTV) across DSP platforms
• Set up and monitor tracking infrastructure (pixels, tags), ensure accurate conversion tracking
• Execute structured tests, manage inventory lists, and adjust bid/frequency strategies as needed

Optimization & Reporting

• Monitor performance against KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize for efficiency and outcomes
• Generate insights reports and performance recaps with clear recommendations for next steps
• Present findings in internal reviews and client-facing calls

Client Collaboration

• Serve as a programmatic lead on assigned accounts, ensuring media strategy aligns with business objectives

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on Programmatic media buying experience
• Strong expertise in DV360, and working knowledge of at least one other DSP (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)
• Strong data fluency – experience with Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, and native DSP dashboards
• Knowledge of conversion tracking setup, pixels/tags, and attribution modeling
