Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop internal infrastructure
• Evaluate system performance and troubleshoot issues in order to optimize infrastructure for maximum efficiency, security and uptime
• Manage and support storage solutions
• Improve automation and streamline system administration workflows
• Implement and maintain system security measures, including user access controls
• Work with various teams to translate organizational needs into infrastructure solutions

• Evaluate new technologies and tools that could enhance system performance and efficiency

   

Requirements

• Relevant Linux/Unix Administration background
• Advanced experience with Virtualization system: VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox
• Solid knowledge of network security concepts, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and intrusion detection systems
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols and technologies
• Experience with system and network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios) to ensure infrastructure performance

• Solid understanding of clustering technologies and high availability configurations (e.g., failover clusters, load balancing, redundancy)

   

Will be a plus

• Atlassian Product Administration Experience

• Experience of configuring Jira for use in non-software environments, e.g. HR onboarding, offboarding, finance, procurement, etc
