Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale Google UAC campaigns for gambling/betting offers
• Perform market & competitor research (apps, creatives, GEOs, funnels)
• Select and validate GEOs, offers, and KPIs
• Work with black-hat / grey-hat app setups (WebView, cloaked flows, funnels)
• Define and test creative angles & USPs
• Analyze performance metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention
• Optimize campaigns based on data and hypotheses
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and tracking specialists
• Control budgets and ensure profitability
• Prepare reports and insights for scaling decisions

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Google UAC (mandatory)
• Experience in gambling / betting / casino vertical
• Strong understanding of black-hat traffic methods
• Ability to work with WebView / PWA / wrapper apps
• Experience with tracking systems and postbacks
• Solid knowledge of KPIs, funnels, and attribution
• Ability to independently manage campaigns end-to-end
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
