Твої майбутні обов’язки: 

• Встановлення, налаштування, оновлення (patching) та супровід баз даних Oracle 19c на платформі Linux
• Управління політиками резервного копіювання та відновлення за допомогою RMAN, а також забезпечення високої доступності баз даних із використанням Oracle Data Guard
• Моніторинг стану та продуктивності баз даних, оптимізація SQL-запитів і керування сховищем даних (Oracle ASM)
• Участь у 24/7 on-call чергуваннях: 1 тиждень на місяць

Твій досвід та навички:

• Oracle Database: практичний досвід адміністрування баз даних Oracle 19c
• Висока доступність та відновлення: підтверджений досвід роботи з RMAN (резервне копіювання та відновлення) і Oracle Data Guard (налаштування та адміністрування)
• Операційна система: впевнене володіння Linux (робота з командним рядком, написання shell-скриптів)

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід управління сховищами даних за допомогою Oracle ASM
• Досвід роботи з Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Досвід розробки та впровадження стратегій резервного копіювання і відновлення баз даних

Daily challenges and tasks:

• Managing and scaling the Search Arbitrage direction (TikTok and/or Facebook).

Important for us:

• Experience in Search arbitrage from 3-5 years, of which from 1 year in the position of Head of MB with 3+ Team Leads in subordination.
• Experience in scaling a team (hiring, adaptation, profit-taking and continuous development).
• Understanding of TikTok Ads and/or Meta (FB) at an expert level, understanding of the essence of RSOC.
• Understanding of unit economics.
• High level of ownership and self-management, ability to keep a high pace without constant control.
• Genuine love for analytics, tests and “digging” into details.
• Strong people management skills.
