Overview

We’re a web design & development agency looking for a hands-on SEO lead who can both execute and build scalable systems.

This is not a “set keywords and write meta tags” role.

We’re looking for someone who understands modern SEO (AI-assisted, programmatic, workflow-driven) and can help us turn SEO into a repeatable growth engine across:

• Our main website
• Client websites (WordPress / Webflow)
• External platforms (Behance, Dribbble, directories)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. SEO Execution (Core Work)

• Audit and optimize our website (technical, on-page, structure)
• Improve rankings for service-based and B2B keywords
• Optimize portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble, Clutch, etc.)
• Work directly inside WordPress (RankMath or similar)

2. Scalable SEO Systems (Key Focus)

• Build repeatable SEO workflows (not manual one-offs)
• Create keyword → content → internal linking systems
• Set up programmatic / template-driven SEO where applicable
• Use AI tools to scale research, content, and optimization

3. Content & Positioning

• Define content strategy (landing pages, articles, case studies)
• Guide SEO-friendly copy (you don’t need to be a copywriter, but must direct it)
• Repurpose existing assets into search-driven content

4. Client SEO Support

• Support SEO on client projects (audits, structure, recommendations)
• Collaborate with design/dev team on SEO-friendly builds
• Help productize SEO as a service within the agency

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience growing traffic for agency or service-based websites

• Strong understanding of:

  • On-page SEO
  • Technical SEO basics
  • Internal linking & site structure

   

• Experience with WordPress (RankMath, Yoast, etc.)
• Experience with AI tools for SEO workflows (research, content, automation)
• Ability to think in systems, not tasks (repeatable processes > manual work)
• Comfortable working closely with developers and designers

Nice to Have

• Programmatic SEO / multi-page template experience
• Experience scaling SEO across directories or marketplaces
• Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, scraping tools, etc.)
• Basic understanding of web design and CRO

As part of our strategic growth, we are partnering with a professional SEO company operating in highly competitive iGaming and casino niches. Their team builds and scales SEO strategies where results and a systematic approach truly matter.

We are supporting them in the search for a strong Team Lead of SEO who will scale the direction, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable project growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for project portfolios and international brands
• Build and manage teams of SEO specialists and experts of various profiles
• Optimize processes to enable scaling of the SEO direction and increase overall efficiency
• Work with highly competitive geographies, continuously improving approaches and adapting to search engine algorithm changes
• Collaborate with all key departments of the company to ensure effective traffic monetization
   

Required Skills

• Hands-on SEO experience — from deep understanding of algorithms to technical aspects (redirects, canonicals, server responses, indexing)
• Experience in team or department management — ability to scale processes and effectively lead people
• Experience working with large website portfolios and multi-brand structures — ability to manage multiple projects and a complex SEO ecosystem
• Background in competitive niches, especially iGaming / casino / affiliate, where performance and results are critical
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset combined with a realistic assessment of team resources and capabilities
