Responsibilities
- Managing bare-metal and cloud infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and maintain ITSM/ITAM systems and workflows.
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
- Administer and optimize Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
- Oversee access control, monitoring, backups, and infrastructure cost optimization.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and Blockchain engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Investigate and resolve or recommend solutions for production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues/errors and recommend improvements.
- Develop software to automate operational procedures and data collection.
- Implement triggers for alert generation based on product value delivery.
- Facilitate operational needs of other departments by delivering tools, implementing processes, or providing data access.
- Review and enhance operating processes for efficiency and quality.
- Monitor integrations and reconcile partners with internal reports.
