Job Summary: 
We’re looking for a proactive and market-savvy Content Team Manager to lead a group of creators who post real-time financial insights on a social platform built for traders and investors. 

This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. markets, fast-paced retail trading culture, and the ability to lead a team producing timely, relevant, and engaging content throughout the trading day. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced trader, analyst, or finance professional who understands what moves the market — and how to turn that into impactful short-form content for a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage a team of content creators posting real-time stock market commentary 

● Track earnings, macro events, and market-moving news to guide the team’s focus 

● Review and improve content for accuracy, tone, and relevance 

● Monitor engagement performance and refine strategy based on audience response 

● Set posting priorities and coordinate daily content flow 

● Collaborate with leadership to align team output with brand voice and business goals

Required Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in trading, market analysis, or financial content creation 

● Strong understanding of U.S. equity markets, tickers, catalysts, and investor sentiment 

● Experience managing or mentoring a small team 

● Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills 

● Upper-intermediate or higher English (B2+) 

● Familiarity with platforms like X (Twitter), Reddit (r/stocks), or similar market-focused communities 

● Bonus: experience using content performance data to improve growth and engagement
