We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a performance-driven iGaming company based in Limassol, Cyprus (On-site).
We are looking for a Mid-Level Affiliate Manager who can manage an active partner portfolio, support multi-geo campaigns, and contribute to steady affiliate network growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills, solid performance tracking awareness, and the ability to manage relationships efficiently.
🚀 Role Overview
As a Mid-Level Affiliate Manager, you will manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, recruit new partners, and ensure campaigns deliver consistent FTD and NGR performance across EMEA markets.
You will collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Risk, Payments, and Legal teams to ensure campaigns are optimized, compliant, and commercially effective.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned affiliate portfolio and act as the main point of contact
Recruit new affiliates across websites, media houses, forums, comparison portals, and social platforms
Support multi-geo campaigns across EMEA markets and adjust offers per GEO when needed
Monitor and optimize performance metrics (FTDs, NGR, eCPA, RevShare, retention rates)
Review competitor promotions, landing pages, and creatives to suggest strategic improvements
Ensure accurate tracking setup (links, postbacks, tagging, QA testing of clicks and conversions)
Coordinate with Creative/Marketing teams to launch targeted promotions, landers, and exclusive offers
Provide weekly performance updates including activity, commissions, and next steps
Assist in handling disputes in coordination with Risk, Payments, and Legal
Maintain organized workflows using Monday.com and reporting tools
✅ Requirements
2–3 years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Management (operator side)
Solid understanding of iGaming traffic sources, GEO dynamics, and player value drivers
Existing affiliate/media buyer contacts or proven ability to build partnerships quickly
Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., ReferOn, Humbl, CellXpert or similar)
Basic negotiation skills (CPA, RevShare, caps, tiered deals within structured frameworks)
Budget awareness and ROI tracking capability
Clear reporting skills and strong English (written & spoken)
Flexibility to support occasional weekend launches or key campaigns

Experience working with media agencies and performance networks
Familiarity with Monday.com, Google Sheets/Slides, and simple BI dashboards
Basic A/B testing experience on landing pages and creatives
Additional EMEA languages (French, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, German)
