Role Overview

Webstacks is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can turn strategy into shipped work. You will own day-to-day execution across content, campaigns, email, and reporting—helping us reach B2B marketing and engineering leaders who need a better way to build and scale their websites.

This is a hands-on role for someone who writes well, moves quickly, and cares about measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with growth, design, and client-facing teams to keep our marketing engine running and improving.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or demand generation—preferably in SaaS, agencies, or professional services.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly for marketing audiences.
• Experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment with async communication in Slack and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented project management skills—you follow through and keep stakeholders informed.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, content distribution, and basic campaign reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

About the Role: We are looking for a communicative, energetic, and customer-oriented Contact Center Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand — engaging with players, keeping them informed about exciting new offers, and helping them resolve payment issues.

You’ll be based in our Israel office, but your day will run on US hours and your entire focus will be American CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and founders evaluating how to scale their cloud infrastructure. What you’ll do

Research and identify target accounts that fit our ideal customer profile, fast growing US companies with meaningful cloud spend who need DevOps capability without hiring internally.
Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings with US prospects.
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events.
Work closely with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities smoothly.
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date in HubSpot.

What we’re looking for

Native or native level English, American accent and business communication style are important since you’ll be speaking with US prospects daily.
Deep familiarity with US business culture. American citizens, former US residents, or Olim from the US are a strong fit.
Willing and able to work US hours, meaning afternoon and evening shifts Israel time.
1 to 3 years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or technical B2B sales.
Comfortable talking to technical audiences like CTOs and VPs of Engineering, even without a deep technical background yourself.
Self starter, comfortable being the only one on the team working that shift.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus but not required.

About You:

Prior experience in generating new leads, conducting cold calling, and customizing emails to a specific persona/ICP
Skilled communicator and listener
Can-do attitude, highly organized, and evidence of a strong work ethic
Experience working in a high input and time-sensitive environment.
Native English speaker
Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, CRM-an advantage
Experience in selling Cloud, Cloud services and Cloud products– an advantage

Твоя місія:

• Створення long-form відеоконтенту за допомогою інструментів штучного інтелекту — включаючи статику, відео, аудіо.
• Реалізація і дотримання креативного бачення відеконтенту, щоб фінальний продукт був консистентний
• Дослідження нових AI-інструментів та технік, тестування можливостей і впровадження інноваційних рішень у робочий процес відеопродакшину.
• Оптимізація процесу створення відео: пошук підходів, що дозволяють пришвидшити продакшн без втрати якості.
• За наявності відповідного досвіду — участь у постпродакшні: монтажі, саунд-дизайні, ефектах, підсиленні відеоряду.
   

Для цього знадобляться такі навички та досвід:

• Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами для генерації відео, статики, аудіо.
• Досвід роботи в креативній або дизайн сфері
• Розуміння базових правил монтажності, композиції кадру
• Навички промпт інжинірингу

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід у класичному відеопродакшені (кіно, серіали, шоу).
• Розуміння драматургії й побудови історії.
• Повний цикл створення AI-відео — від ідеї до фіналу.

Про роль

Ми шукаємо Chat & Community Manager, який(-а) буде відповідати за комунікацію з аудиторією AI-персонажів у Telegram, WhatsApp та інших месенджерах. Основне завдання — будувати довірливі відносини з аудиторією, підтримувати активне спілкування та органічно переводити зацікавлених користувачів у цільові дії (реєстрація, депозит або інша конверсія залежно від проєкту).

Це не класична служба підтримки чи SMM. Роль більше схожа на чат-менеджмент із фокусом на конверсію: вести діалог від імені персонажа, підтримувати його стиль спілкування, відчувати настрій аудиторії та вчасно підводити користувача до потрібної дії без нав'язливих продажів.

Що потрібно буде робити

Комунікація з аудиторією

• Вести особисті та групові переписки від імені AI-персонажа в Telegram, WhatsApp та інших месенджерах.
• Підтримувати активність спільноти та залученість користувачів.
• Дотримуватися характеру, стилю та тону комунікації конкретного AI-персонажа.

Робота з конверсією

• Будувати шлях користувача від першого контакту до цільової дії.
• Органічно прогрівати аудиторію через переписку.
• Працювати із запереченнями та підтримувати інтерес користувачів.
• Допомагати збільшувати конверсію без агресивних продажів.

Аналітика та оптимізація

• Відстежувати ключові показники ефективності комунікації (CTR, конверсія, retention, активність у чатах).
• Тестувати різні сценарії спілкування та механіки прогріву.
• Аналізувати результати та пропонувати покращення.

Взаємодія з командою

• Працювати у зв'язці з Content Manager, Account Manager та продюсером.
• Синхронізувати комунікацію в чатах із контентом, що виходить у соціальних мережах.

Що ми очікуємо

• Досвід роботи Chat Manager, Community Manager або Customer Success із фокусом на конверсію.
• Буде перевагою досвід у нішах OnlyFans, dating, betting, iGaming, affiliate marketing або інших high-conversion продуктах.
• Розуміння логіки продажів через переписку: знайомство → довіра → конверсія.
• Вміння одночасно вести кілька діалогів без втрати якості комунікації.
• Грамотна письмова мова та сильні комунікаційні навички.
• Високий рівень емпатії, самоорганізації та орієнтації на результат.

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи з AI-персонажами або рольовою комунікацією.
