We’re looking for a Middle+/Senior Flutter Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about crafting scalable, AI-integrated mobile solutions, and is eager to work across the full development cycle — from frontend to backend. Our core technology stack includes Dart, Flutter, Riverpod, Flutter Hooks, GoRouter, Dio, Hive, Node.js, Unit & Widget Testing and we expect practical experience with these tools.

You'll contribute to an essential analytics and marketing platform widely adopted by music industry professionals. The application processes complex marketing data, presenting it clearly and intuitively to help marketers accelerate and optimize their workflow. Your primary responsibilities will involve enhancing existing interfaces and developing new ones, continuously evolving the product.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic applications using Flutter with a focus on server-rendered components
• Optimize client-server communication and interactions
• Integrate applications with AI-centered systems and services
• Create efficient, scalable solutions using Riverpod
• Build and optimize API communication with Dio
• Participate in full-cycle development (frontend + backend architecture and implementation)
• Leverage and implement AI tools to improve development productivity
• Work with Node.js to build and maintain backend services
   

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Strong experience interpreting and implementing complex technical requirements
• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter
• Practical expertise with Riverpod, Hooks, and GoRouter
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and a strong willingness to grow in backend development (we’ll support your learning!)
• High level of self-management and task ownership
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Ability to identify and address technical issues before they impact users
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, caching, and local data storage using Hive
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend architectures
• Confident use of AI tools to streamline workflows
• English level: Intermediate

In the cities where we have offices (Kyiv, Dnipro), we have a mandatory hybrid work format — 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

Due to expansion, the company is looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join the team and make their own contribution to the development of our products!

✔️ Participate in grooming, planning, tech, and estimation sessions
✔️ Make your own decisions on the architecture level

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of hands-on mobile development experience (Android or iOS)

✔️ 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience (at least 1 application released in the store)

✔️ Solid knowledge of Dart (including Dart streams / RxDart)

✔️ Solid knowledge of mobile architecture principles

✔️ Good knowledge of OOP/SOLID principles

✔️ Good knowledge of REST and Sockets

✅ Nice to Have:
✔️ Kotlin

✔️ Java

✔️ Swift

✔️ Experience with CI/CD process

✔️ Experience with Unit and Functional testing of mobile applications
