Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the UX/UI Design Lead, Product Owners, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to craft innovative solutions.

Business Engagement: Participate actively in various business activities including presales, presentations, and estimations, showcasing the value of our design offerings.

Design Craftsmanship: Take charge of designing intuitive user experiences across mobile applications, web pages, dashboards, and beyond.

UX Development: Develop comprehensive UX components and UI kits/Design systems that elevate our products to new heights of usability and aesthetic appeal.

What are we doing?

Develux is an IT consulting and software development company with products for the US market and outsourcing services worldwide. The company has been on the market since 2014 and has achieved perfect results in our four business units. We have 350+ goal-oriented, passionate specialists who are open to new challenges.

How old is the project? What stage is it at?

We are launching our new product business unit - HRM system.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective UI/UX solutions for the product based on research and data collection, with a primary focus on user experience.
• Conduct market research, develop hypotheses, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Own the full lifecycle of your designs  from initial concept to final implementation and post-launch outcomes; ensure the delivered product meets both user needs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to achieve business goals and improve the overall user journey.
• Work with products in the HRTech space or related fields, such as HRIS, HRMS, recruiting platforms, and corporate tools focused on the needs of managers.
• Develop and execute design strategies for B2B/B2C SaaS products.
• Design solutions that drive product development and help achieve business objectives at early stages or during scaling.
• Present your design solutions to teams and stakeholders, providing clear reasoning based on analytics, research, and user feedback.

Requirements:

• Experience with SaaS products: Practical experience working with B2B/B2C SaaS products and HRTech solutions.
• UI/UX expertise: Strong focus on user experience, with deep knowledge of conducting market research, testing hypotheses, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Analytical thinking: Ability to justify design decisions based on collected data and analysis of user behavior.
• Communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate your ideas to both technical teams and broader audiences.
• Portfolio: A public portfolio or recognition on platforms like Dribbble.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a startup that has successfully entered the market.
• Experience working with companies in the scaling phase.
• Knowledge of working with HRTech or related fields, such as HRIS, HRMS, recruiting platforms, and other corporate tools.

Questions and Answers:

• Does the job come with a probation period, and if so, how long does it last?
  Yes, there is a three-month probation period.
• What is the expected work schedule?
  Full-time, flexible, please start no later than 11:00 (on average 8 hours per day). The office in Kyiv is open from 9:00 to 20:00. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site and remotely.
• How many vacation and sick days are provided? Annual paid vacation – 21 working days; Paid confirmed sick leave; 6 unconfirmed sick days/days off a year.
